Cozy cottage, with water views, steps from West Beach and Coral Sands Beach. A wonderful family community with many recreational activities in the area. Many popular seafood, and Italian Restaurants as well as shopping outlets. Large boating Marina and Elks Club also very close to the cottage. Two casinos, Moheghan Sun and Foxwoods, 45 min from cottage. Shopping Outlet in Westbrook and Clinton. Marquee Cinemas in town. Many antique shops to browse through. Please note: July, August and September (4 night minimum). No pets allowed.

Very quaint place.

This was the short getaway we needed. The only thing missing is a gas grill and maybe a DVD player since cable is limited. The cabin is clean and right near the beach. Loved location.

Perfect beach spot

The cottage was the perfect spot for my nephew’s wedding in Westbrook, and some beach time in-between. Coral Sands beach was really great and a short walk. Dave was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We would stay again if ever down that way.

Staying at the beach

This rustic cottage has all the amenities you need to just show up and enjoy your stay. We were close to shopping for our teens, seafood dining and steps away from west beach for strolling in the sand and watching the sunset. We relaxed on the decks - one with a brisk salt air breeze and a back deck that was a bit more sheltered from the breezes.

Nice location

All went well and enjoyed our stay . Husband had back surgery x 2 in past year. The areas of raised flooring in house were a concern /trip hazard. Neighbors very friendly, nice community 👍

Location, location, location

If you are looking for a beachy beAch experience, this is the place for you! The cottage has a wonderful wrap around deck allowing all to sit in the sun, view the water or have a meal on the fresh air. Both the public and private beach are basically at the end of street one house away! Low tide exposes sand bars allowing all to walk out to the small islands!!!

Simple, clean cottage steps from the beach

The property is an older cottage, but exactly what we were expecting. I stayed with my sister and 90-year old father, and we enjoyed the beach and several local restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was neat and clean. The only issue we had was that the weather was quite hot, and the air conditioner in the house struggled to keep the bedrooms cool. Aside from that, our stay was great.
