THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED. Outdoor porch with dimmable lighting to sit enjoy the beautiful weather. Flat Screen Tvs, in bedrooms and living room, Central Air, Hair dryer, Wifi,Cable, fully stocked kitchen everything you need to cook or eat with, electric stove, fridge, pantry, Washer and dryer, Grill. Walking distance to an amazing private beach down the street with friendly neighbors, sand toys, kid pool available, games such as uno, puzzles,etc. beach chairs,. No pets, No smoking,On site parking, Outdoor shower available.

ideal beach house located close to small private beach. perfect for little kids and grandparents alike. Lisa's house was well-stocked and she made sure we were all delighted.large kitchen/dining area/living room. a/c, outdoor shower and nice grounds were great! highly recommend!

54 steps - fantastic, clean property with fantastic location.

The house was as listed. The cleanliness and modern appliances (washer/dryer too!) made for a very easy start for our 11 person party. The owner is very responsive. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Opd Saybrook.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean. Owner was very responsive to questions. Super close to a private beach. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely rent again.

Comfy cozy cottage!

Enjoyed our week in this charming cottage just a short walk to a beautiful private beach. Pictures don’t due this cottage justice. So roomy and the amenities were amazing. We had small children and owner had booster seats, bed rail and toys for all ages. Have stayed at other rentals and have had to bring so many other things that this cottage provided. Lisa the owner was so kind and replied immediately if I had a question. I highly recommend renting her beautiful haven.

Beautiful Beach home

This is a gorgeous house just steps from the beach. I was a little disappointed that the back lawn was not mowed and that the porch and back yard patio furniture was not cleaned off. A few bedrooms had no place to put clothes. Having said that, everything you could need for cooking or cleaning was provided. Plenty of parking but a very particular next store neighbor. The owner is very sweet, and again, a beautiful place but a better outdoor experience would have made it perfect.

Perfect beach cottage

Perfect child friendly beach cottage. The location was ideal - just steps to a little private beach that was perfect for the children in our party. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lisa, the owner, was so responsive and sweet. We can’t wait to rent again!!
