Amazing property- and the views are killer! Having bikes kayaks to use was an added bonus. Host was incredibly attentive to communication but not overbearing. The property itself has a fantastic kitchen to cook in and the beds are very large and comfortable again. I have to say a view from every room it was fantastic.

These are the best hosts we've ever rented from. They were easy to communicate with from the start and throughout our stay. They provided us with detailed information about the property before we arrived. The check in process was easy and the house was super clean and very well stocked. These hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to provide us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was well kept, very well decorated, clean and comfortable. The location of the house is fabulous! It's an easy walk to the Asbury Park beach, boardwalk, restraunts & bars. This house is in a nice neighborhood and parking on the street was easily available. I highly recommend renting this home.

Splendid lakefront house, within easy reach of the beach

We enjoyed a great multi-generational stay at this well-appointed and comfortable house. It is especially well-suited to tall people. Bami was an exceptionally attentive and responsive host.

Perfect vacation stay in Asbury Park. The house with panoramic views of Deal Lake is exactly as described. Not only are the views of the lake spectacular the house itself is extremely comfortable, clean and is fully stocked with all kinds of extras. Kitchen appliances, dishes and silverware were high end. Ola provided very detailed instructions on how to use various things in the house making our stay enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay at this house again. Five star all the way....

Lovely summer stay!

Bami and Ola's home is a beautiful lake front property in Asbury Park. We enjoyed our stay as 5 adults and one child. The peacefulness of the lakefront back deck was exactly what we were seeking, but the beach and playground were a short drive away to keep the kiddo entertained. Bami and Ola were also very responsive, but not intrusive. One thing to note is the narrow, long driveway. While there is ample street parking, if you have a car larger than a small SUV and need front door access for a handicapped family member, you will want to speak to the owners about options first. Otherwise, we wanted for nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Many thanks!

Amazing Summer Stay

We spent 6 weeks enjoying this amazing lakeside house this summer and I cannot say enough about how enjoyable our time was. The ground floor has inspiring views of the lake which makes time spent in the kitchen and sunroom feel like time outside. The deck overlooking the lake was wonderful for enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner and the hot tub made for memorable summer evenings. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, as was the office (and lake views made time spent working much more enjoyable). The proximity to the beach made trips back and forth to the beach easy (very easy to bike as well) and we spent most of each weekend there. Amenities throughout the house were all in excellent order and condition. I certainly am looking forward to staying there again and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Asbury park.

Deal Lake Retreat

Having a friend who lives in Asbury Park I was familiar with the vibrancy of the town, great restaurants and walkable streets but I never knew what a gem Deal Lake was. Bami and Ola were great hosts. They provided us with a great renter info packet on the house and amenities and made check in and check out easy and flexible. The inside of the house is modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were a family of 5 adults and everyone had room to relax and there is a beautiful office space that my son used for remote work. The BEST part is the house is situated such that you have a lot of privacy and you have unimpeded views from almost all the rooms of Deal Lake. With the adjoining deck you felt like you are right on the water. The Lake is tranquil and beautiful. We used the hot tub, watched all types of birds traverse the lake and used their kayaks to explore the lake and it's many inlets. The stay was so relaxing and restorative. I would say the only negative is the access driveway to the house is very narrow, there are only 3 bedrooms so we had to use an air mattress for my one son and I wish the provided bikes had been in better condition. Other then that the it's a hidden gem. Thanks Bami and Ola

We spent a month at this house with our extended family, and everyone—from the youngest to the oldest—loved it. The view from the deck is spectacular, and the neighborhood is peaceful while still being just a short distance from the beach. Bami and Ola were extremely responsive to all of our questions and stayed on top of every detail throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this house.

Lakeview Retreat

Owners of the property went above and beyond for detailed instructions on how things work and operate at the property. Communication prior to and throughout the stay was seamless if something was amiss or we had questions about our stay, they were able to answer our questions within a short amount of time. This made the entire trip that much more enjoyable that we didn't have to stress or wonder about these types of things. The property has a gorgeous lakefront view in the mornings and evenings. The surrounding area is quiet and is located an easy biking or driving distance from the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would absolutely return if the property is available for booking.

The house was better than pictured and the host was very accommodating even allowing us to check out late to better time our flights at Newark airport. The hot tub is unbeatable with the lake view.

a modern, clean and uncluttered vacation home with stunning views and zen feeling

Our family rented this house this summer for two weeks and we enjoyed the house, its cleanliness and functionality of everything and especially the lovely views. It felt like a vacation the moment we sat on the patio. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. And we loved picking/eating the blackberries and listening to the ducks and geese swimming by. We also made use of the bikes and the kayaks - all in all, a great experience.

Perfect Hideaway

We have recently enjoyed spending a week at this lakehouse, and it truly is a hidden gem. Very peaceful setting right on the water, beautifully renovated and fully stocked with anything you may need. Great appliances, bikes, speakers throughout the house, modern decor. Owner was very quick to reply to any questions and made you feel welcome. Would highly recommend this property, very close to many NJ beaches, and great restaurants in the area.

five 24K gold stars property

I was searching VRBO website looking for a special place to celebrate mom's 80th bday (5 adults and dog) Choose the lake house based on excellent reviews and pics. Soon I walked in this beautiful lake house, I knew I picked the right property and will be a perfect getaway celebration. The house has very inviting and welcoming atmosphere, the abundance of natural light, warm tone of paint on the walls, kitchen cabinets , furniture, art; all together a blend of modern with little antique details. Breathtaking views of the lake through spotless windows or from well done deck/terrace, unique experience watching the sunset from bathtub in a calm, quiet winter afternoon. Chef kitchen with top of the line appliances (including my favorite one-Gaggia cofee/espresso machine), very comfortable and cozy bedrooms, upscale bathrooms, professional sound system and my favorite room-sunroom watching every morning the show created by sunrays, clouds, seagulls and ducks. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, very prompt responses and easy to communicate, extremely quick refund of the deposit. Can't say enough excellent comments about this property and can't wait to go back!
