Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Florida located 20 mins south of Daytona Beach on a beautiful Barrier Island. Nestled among the moss-draped trees along the shores of the picturesque Indian River of Volusia County. It is located on the central east coast of Florida surrounded by bodies of water, the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Intracoastal Indian River to the West in between the two. A laid-back coastal community free of the crowds and noise that plague other Florida Beaches. It has 13 miles of pristine white sand beaches with an additional 24 miles of coastline at nearby Canaveral National Seashore. Voted best beach in Florida. Locals and tourists enjoy sunning and all the other activities such as boating and boat tours, beach combing, windsurfing, sailing, fishing,shelling We are home to several endangered species of birds, and animals. Come on down relax and unwind. This cozy, beachside home has all you need for a great vacation. Located in one of the nicest areas of New Smyrna and a short walk to beach, under a block. Close to historical Flager Ave with their many cute small shops, restaurants,grocery stores, and the main car beach entrance incase you want to drive onto the beach and park and play.
The home has a private enclosed pool with lounge chairs, chairs , and table surrounded the deck with a view of tropical lush gardens with palms, fruit trees, flowers, a fenced in back yard with well manicured green grass.

The Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a king bed and another bedroom on the same side of the home with a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a HD TV Flatscreen, 4 twins- (2 day beds) and the possibility to sleep 2 more people off of the spacious kitchen with a futon. 10 Total
The kitchen is fully stocked, and opens up to the living room with a big screen HD TV, and DVD to watch your favorite films together.
Pets: Your four-legged kids are welcome for a small extra cleaning fee.
The Bathrooms: Between the master bedroom and the queen bedroom is a full bath, on the other side of the home a door opens to an outside bathroom with shower to get the sand off after the beach and a john plus a private grill area. Plenty of parking in front of the home.
We are the closest beach to all of Central Florida main attraction parks.
The closest airports are Daytona Beach International, Sanford Orlando International has charter flights overseas and also to many main cities, Orlando International and also Melbourne Airport.

Family time

This house was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beautiful beach and Flagler Ave. I enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the squirrels play. I even saw a couple of owls! I was very appreciative that they allowed my Pomeranian to stay with me too. Cindy was the absolute best! Very responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon. Cozy house and wonderful people!

This Vacation Rental is Awesome

This place was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. They loved laying around out there and one even swam a couple times in the pool. It's in a perfect location...close to beach access, The Garlic and Flagler Ave. Also, Cindy is the best host you could have. We will definitely stay here again.

New Grandparents Delight

Our long stay this spring was booked to be in NSB for the birth of our first grandchild! The house was only a mile and a half from their home, so this made it extremely convenient to be around quickly to help. Everything was nice and neat. The kitchen facilities were great for all the cooking we like to do, stocked better than most properties we have stayed in. We really enjoyed the pool for exercise and relaxation!

This house was cute and the pool area was nice, however the beds are old and very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the nights we stayed. The air conditioner did not cool the “2” bedrooms because the 3rd advertised bedroom was an enclosed single car garage that had a separate window unit because the central heat and air was not in that room. There was no vent to air nor was there a fan in the true one bathroom. The second bathroom was not a true bathroom. The 2nd bathroom consisted of a shower head outside by the pool and the toilet and sink were outside of the house in the laundry room and there was no air conditioning in room. This house should be advertised as a 2/1 pool home. I also received an email today stating they were charging me for torn bed skirts for the trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom. These sheets and bed skirts were so worn and old that I have no doubt they were torn before we came. We be love the NSB area and will be back to the area but not to this house.

Wonderfull!!

My husband and I stayed for a month. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything you could possibly need is there. We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was better equipped than mine. Yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped. The property manager went over and above to help us. Our security deposit was refunded promptly. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to my friends and family.

Norm and Marcia are the owners and wanted a break from the harsh winters up North.
Norm was tired of watching Marcia shovel snow. :O)
So they loaded up the truck and moved to New Smyrna Beach for the winter.
They decided to share their beach house with other families to enjoy. I am their property manager and writing this small story about them. They are 2 of the nicest people on the planet. Come on down and enjoy the beach. They would love to have you.
