Family time

This house was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beautiful beach and Flagler Ave. I enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the squirrels play. I even saw a couple of owls! I was very appreciative that they allowed my Pomeranian to stay with me too. Cindy was the absolute best! Very responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon. Cozy house and wonderful people!

Not what is advertised

This house was cute and the pool area was nice, however the beds are old and very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the nights we stayed. The air conditioner did not cool the “2” bedrooms because the 3rd advertised bedroom was an enclosed single car garage that had a separate window unit because the central heat and air was not in that room. There was no vent to air nor was there a fan in the true one bathroom. The second bathroom was not a true bathroom. The 2nd bathroom consisted of a shower head outside by the pool and the toilet and sink were outside of the house in the laundry room and there was no air conditioning in room. This house should be advertised as a 2/1 pool home. I also received an email today stating they were charging me for torn bed skirts for the trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom. These sheets and bed skirts were so worn and old that I have no doubt they were torn before we came. We be love the NSB area and will be back to the area but not to this house.

Your review is totally false and we expected nothing more from you after finding out you lied about the occupancy . So you booked with 2 adults and we found out that the house was party central with many people coming and going.. The neighbors called the owner complaining! I kept asking you how many people were staying you never replied on purpose we now know why. The house has 2 new AC units from last year you just had to turn them down when the house isn't occupied the cleaners set the Thermostat at 78. I told you that on the phone. So your lying about that as well. The garage was permitted and turned into a new bedroom through a construction company when these owners bought the house .Your suppose to leave an honest review! Her mattress are less than 3 years old. Different guests have different comfort requests for mattresses so that's a personal issue you not liking a medium hard mattress. The bedding comforters were upgraded this year. One of the ripped skirts was hidden in a bag in the closet the other ripped one was left on the bed. The cleaners are the same for that property and they were not ripped upon your arrival. You also forgot to mention the glass French door being shattered. The cleaners actually said the house was the dirtiest they have ever seen and they have been cleaning it over 5 years ! The 2nd bath is steps from the twin bedroom and the enclosed shower. It is clearly written on the site which you apparently did not bother to read just like the house rules so there is no false advertising here! Some guests you hate to see leave unfortunately you did not fall in this category and our 1 star given to you as a guest will warn other owners what they will be in for renting to you. Regarding cleanliness, communicating, house rules, and occupancy numbers . People reading these reviews can view all of them and can see what the general concensus is. They are not stupid! Your review was one lie after the other and not fair to these owners who are on top of everything in this cute beachside pool home. After the damages and the cleanliness issues they asked me not to rent to you again so that is one thing that you both agree upon not coming back. It was very hard writing this review. It's a first but both sides need to be heard.

This Vacation Rental is Awesome

This place was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. They loved laying around out there and one even swam a couple times in the pool. It's in a perfect location...close to beach access, The Garlic and Flagler Ave. Also, Cindy is the best host you could have. We will definitely stay here again.

New Grandparents Delight

Our long stay this spring was booked to be in NSB for the birth of our first grandchild! The house was only a mile and a half from their home, so this made it extremely convenient to be around quickly to help. Everything was nice and neat. The kitchen facilities were great for all the cooking we like to do, stocked better than most properties we have stayed in. We really enjoyed the pool for exercise and relaxation!

Wonderfull!!

My husband and I stayed for a month. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything you could possibly need is there. We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was better equipped than mine. Yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped. The property manager went over and above to help us. Our security deposit was refunded promptly. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to my friends and family.

New Smyrna Beach Awesome Vacation & Great House!

Our family was lucky enough to take a 6 week vacation this year and this house was perfect for us. It had a great fully loaded kitchen with plenty of room for the 6 of us. A huge refrigerator and loved the extra long counter top to prepare our dinners. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean, the living room couch was comfy and the place had nice size flat screen TV's . So the kids could watch their own programs and we got to enjoy what we liked. The part we loved the most was the pool area and you can view it from the kitchen even. They also had plenty of beach toys and games for the kids and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy. We grilled a lot and they had a nice table to sit outside and eat right at the pool area. This house really had everything we needed for a vacation and was easy to book. It was our first time in New Smyrna Beach and we loved the area. We saw Manatees and their calves, dolphins and my husband went fishing and brought home dinner! The beach was beautiful and a short walk. We stayed at the pool a lot if you have kids tough getting them out. I was surprised how many really nice restaurants were in New Smyrna Beach. We liked the Garlic, Black beards, JB's fish camp and the Dolphin view restaurant and yes we did see dolphins. Breakers on the beach was great for lunch and a perfect view to the ocean. We definitely are planning on coming back next year. New Smyrna Beach was magical. Thanks for the great place to stay and loved the view of the pool and palm trees in the back yard. Incredibly relaxing

We had a birthday girl's weekend at the Pineapple house. It was so cute! The house was clean. Renovated kitchen (fully stocked with dishes) and beautiful pool. There was plenty of parking and lots of beach and pool toys. Loved the beach cart! Short walk to the beach and to Flagler Ave so we could stay parked for the weekend. My favorite was the outdoor shower! Cindy (Realtor) was very friendly, personable and helpful. We plan to be back!!!

Pineapple House Perfectly Sweet

Cute, cute, cute. Pineapple House is clean, cozy, and quirky fun. We adore the open living dining area (the kitchen is sparkly new with every appliance/utensil possible), the screened in pool (complete with pool toys, lights at night and deck furniture),and bath that is accessible from the pool (a priceless plus.) The unique location of the 3rd bedroom is a funky feature that was perfect for our adult kids and dog! Speaking of dogs, the fenced in yard and family friendly neighborhood made our dogs trip fun too! We enjoyed walking for lattes and smoothies on Flagler, a special dining experience at The Garlic Restaurant, and the beach with its waves! Make sure to check out Turtle Mound, Izzy's Island Tacos, and the olive oil vinegar shop on Canal Street. Cindy, our property manager, is the most responsive and accommodating booking agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would rent through Cindy again. To future renters of Pineapple House, we wish you as much joy as we had in this small tôwn beach perfect home.

Norm was tired of watching Marcia shovel snow. :O)
So they loaded up the truck and moved to New Smyrna Beach for the winter.
