Free standing cottage nestled quietly. Private Back yard completely fenced Pets are welcome. Fees apply. Completely furnished. 2 washers and dryers, internet/wifi, smart TV. All kitchen appliances. One story. The beach is a one block stroll with no major streets to cross. Keep your car at home..walk to the beach 2 minutes stroll . Downtown, St. Augustine, is a 10 minute car ride. Not a condo scene. Crescent Moon cottage is in front but completely separate. Shared laundry room.

Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate with us, we were very happy with the property. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The fenced backyard was a plus for our little dog. Liked the fact that the beach is a short walk from the cottage. Martie was very nice and would respond to messages promptly. We will definetly stay there again!

Wonderful location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was so close to the beach. It had everything we needed for a pleasant few days. The check in process was so easy and the house was easy to locate, thanks to Martie’s great directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Family trip with 2 pups

We had a great time at Ooo Laa Laaah. The main reason we booked was because of the fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs. It was a great area. Access to beach was too easy, just a block away and with a vehicle beach access, there was no need to climb dunes or walk on the boardwalks. No issues at the house. It had everything we needed. Large/Long driveway.

I'm 74 years old and I live in Ocala, Florida. I have rented the front of the property for 13 years and have had fantastic reviews through other vacation websites. I also have a rental at Dekle Beach Florida (vacationrentals #7040694)
that keeps me busy during scalloping season. I take great pride in my sweet cottages . I am very responsive to any of our guests' needs. I do not live locally but can be there in 2 hours. I have a team of folks that help me with any issues you may encounter. I am available by phone but especially by email. or text. The Ooo Laa Laaah is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. I want nothing more than for you to have a wonderful time at Ooo Laa Laaah and/or the Crescent Moon.

Why they chose this property

Just loved the backyard and the house. It is one block to the beach on the east side of A1A. Parking place at home while you go to the beach. The property is very quiet. I enjoy improving the cottage and knowing guests are enjoying themselves. Pets are welcome, too. Downtown St. Augustine is 15 minutes by car.

What makes this property unique

Pet friendly, quiet and NOT the condo scene. Fenced in back yard is a plus in this area.
Pets are $10 a night up to 2 pets. Pay on the honor system upon departure. I like to purchase different furniture and pieces to create a boho eclectic vibe. Please let Martie know about your pets.
