This spacious and recently renovated 5 bedroom home is ideally situated to take advantage of all the Capitol has to offer. The space was completely renovated in 2018, and comes with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

Two bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds (one has an on-suite with soaker tub), two with queen-sized beds, dressers, full-length mirrors, and closets and one has a twin with a twin trundle.

The completely renovated, large kitchen features and an eat-at bar. All appliances are full sized and include refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee-maker. We've stocked the kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glasses, wineglasses, bowls and utensils.

DC Visit

Great location for DC visit, near the Capitol and Capitol South metro station. Three stories were rough for my aging body but the home accommodated our clan of 10 well.

Location Location Location!

This is a lovely and quiet home steps away from the US Capitol, museums, shops…and amazing restaurants. You can also Uber Eats easily to enjoy in the large dining room and outdoor space. Close proximity to Reagan National too. The best way to live like a Washingtonian…for a couple of days or a little longer! Design, comfort and proximity. Win, Win, Win!
