Our beautiful professional decorated town home 3 bedrooms 2 baths, 1 car garage and screened patio is located at gated community of Oakwater Resort.

As owner of this vacation home has taken every opportunity to provide you with the ultimate in vacation luxury and ease. Each of the 3 bedrooms suites are elegantly and professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and are each equipped with private cable TV. We offer Free Long Distance calls in North American and high speed wireless internet.

This property features all the comforts of home and more, and can easily accommodate up to 10 people for truly magical holiday experience.

Oakwater Resort has all the amenities of a 5 star resort with 4,000 square foot clubhouse that overlooks the Olympic sized lagoon-style swimming pool. The pool area even has a hot tub/spa and children's playground.

Family Vacation

The rental process was good. The property had a few maintenance and cleaning issues. The door lock was stripped and very hard to operate. Even after maintenance came and looked at the lock, it was hard to make work correctly (this was not user error). The sheets on one bed had a stain that needs either cleaning or replacement. The couch was useable but partly broken. The location is great for Disney. The unit needs some maintenance and it would be awesome.

Minutes away from WDW. Walmart gas and retail on the corner. Quiet location. Didn’t use clubhouse or pool since we spent all our time at the theme parks. Host was quick to reply. Great time!

Property worked perfect for our needs. Appreciated how close we weee to Walmart for groceries and there is also a gas station. We enjoyed the pool as well. Contact with host was easy and quick.

Very nice condo with a very easy check in/check out process. The location is great and extremely close to the Disney park. That said it’s a very congested area so if you are ok with that it is a great location. Did not spend a ton of time at property since we were at the parks all day every day. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would recommend this property for your stay.

What was advertised is what you got. Clean spacious ground level condo with off street parking. All appliances up-to-date with a washer/dryer in the unit. Clubhouse with pool. I could not adjust the ceiling fan speeds and a few lights were out, but that is about it. Didn't bother to contact the owner about these things because I felt them to be minor in nature.

Very clean and beautiful home.

This home was clean, both the beddings and towels where clean and fresh. Everything was immaculate. The bathrooms and kitchen where clean. The pool was very clean and much larger actually than the pictures. The fitness room was clean and nice equipments. Close to Walmart, lots of shopping and Disney parks. 15 to25 mins to SeaWorld and Universal Orlando theme parks depending on the traffic. We plan to use this as our stable when we travel to Orlando. If you have infants and toddlers they even have stroller and highchair for the little one.
