We had 3 couples at the house. It was the best appointed kitchen of any property we have rented. More pots and pans than necessary with a complete spice rack. The pool area was perfect for our group. Easy access to the beach with ten beach chairs, ten beach towels and a cart to transport. Highly recommend this property for groups.

We loved our stay at 3 Quail. The house was a great fit for our family of 7 adults. The kitchen had everything you would ever need! Loved the screened in porch for relaxing after a day in the sun. Abraham was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the location - easy walk to the beach and close to all the Coligny shops and restaurants. Would love to come back!!

Can’t say enough nice things about this property or host. The beach was so close and all the chairs you’d need. Even had beach towels available. Just get in your car and make the trip!! Nicest beach location and home we’ve stayed in. Much nicer than Oakisland. All the necessary things you need are there and all the restaurants and shops are less than 2 miles away. We had a wonderful stay.

The house was exactly as advertised and included beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. Abraham responded very quickly and effectively when there were a couple items that needed to be addressed. We would stay here again!

This house is so accommodating and the location is excellent. Pool and hot tub was very nice. We had enough room for us and our adult children. The beach is so close that it made morning and evening walks very enjoyable. This house was perfect and the host was so helpful with our questions. It is also very clean.

Absolutely amazing booking from start to finish.Listing was just as described. Our family of ten, 3 generations enjoyed every minute we were there. Home is clean & beautiful, kitchen has any item you could need for cooking. We shared lots of meals & conversations around the kitchen table. Beach is short walk away. Host supplied wagons & beach gear. My family and I had a wonderful stay! The on site pool and hot tub were a bonus to us. Abraham was very prompt to respond to a couple minor issues. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to the beach was just a short distance making it so easy with young grandchildren. We all agreed we would have liked to stay another week. Looking forward to next year already!

Great setting just a few houses up from the beach, super comfy for a family (all three adult bedrooms have their own bathrooms), loved the hot tub for the winter. Host was super flexible with our request for a late checkout and all communication. Would love to stay here again!
