This was my first VRBO experience. I loved some of the little extras already there for you, coffee, beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo, dish soap. All the extras I would still have to buy or bring with me if I rented a condo with a resort. Loved the short walk to the beach too.

Margie is the best! When we had a last-minute request from some family members to come and stay with us at her Vrbo in Florida she bent over backwards to help us get into a second place to accommodate all of our group. She went well beyond what is normally expected. Both places were clean and updated and we really enjoyed our stay.

Love it!!

We absolutely LOVE this property. It has become our go to property. Extremely clean, well maintained, fully renovated and the hosts are amazing!!They are super friendly, accommodating and very attentive. Location is perfect! Close to the Port, the Pier and great restaurants. Just a short walk across the street to the beach.

1 Block away from Cocoa Beach, Why not? The town is very welcoming and currently rebuilding it's beauty from before Hurricane Irma. This property is sectioned into 4 Units which allow as low as 2-3 per unit or upwards of 16 individuals for the whole complex.

What makes this property unique

This property allows you to experience Cape Canaveral's full potential. With Space Exploration picking up there is bound to be a shuttle in the near future. The property features a patio and balcony (Unit 3 only) and a full service laundromat complimentary with the stay.
