Fantastic place.

Was a great location for us to ride sxs. Very clean, had everything we needed. Plenty of room. The neighborhood was great also never worried about r stuff being messed with. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to moab thats for sure.

This house offered plenty of room for our family of eight. The kids enjoyed ping pong in the garage and darts. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and an easy drive into town. We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect Relaxing Basecamp

The location was perfect for getting to trails and town. The house was great for our two families and kiddos. Bunk beds and fenced in yard were favorites. And the beds were very comfortable! This was our first VRBO and we will definitely be doing g it again!

Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this property. Having a 4 bedroom home allowed us to bring our kids and our parents to spend some quality time together. The garage has a dart board and ping pong table that we enjoyed hanging out in. The beds were so comfortable. The back yard has a huge grill for bbq. It’s super close to town. We will for sure come back and stay here next year.

Very nice place. Made our stay comfortable.

Everything was very clean and orderly. We explored many off road trails in the area and this was a great base camp. We used the kitchen and grill and everything was easy to find and use. We would definitely search this location out when we return to Moab. One minor thing that we thought was kind of weird and have never had to do this at any other VRBO we rented and that is strip the beds. It took literally 30 seconds per room but I think that is part of the cleaning persons responsibly. A very minor complaint for a very nice place.

Good house but poorly managed

House location is good but property management company is non responsive and doing a poor job in maintaining it. I would sincerely urge Owner to hold management company accountable. They are not keeping it clean. All towels were damp. Dirt accumulated. Coffee machine would not work and dishwasher does not clean it well. Kitchen was well equipped but we did not get much chance to cook. Overall our stay was ok due to convenient location. We would not book this again.

The VRBO process was easy with this property. The owners communicated immediately and the day before check-in. The checked once more on the day of departure. This is a very contemporary home with positive amenities: modern appliances, granite counters, large kitchen and two refrigerators. There is outdoor space/dining area to enjoy. It was easy to have space from others given the layout. Television and hundreds of channels to watch from if you wanted. I would stay here again.

The house was wonderful. Everything was fine, except there was a night light/motion detector in the main bedroom that lit up every time that you sat up in bed - it was too sensitive. We got no response to the query if it could be switched off, so my wife had to sleep with eyed covers.
