It was a very quiet place to stay. We have the pool everyday with just our family. It's a nice place to stay and close to the malls, right on the beach! We will stay again in the future! Everyone was so friendly.

Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved our stay here! The proximity to the pool and beach were perfect for us with the kids. It was awesome having the provided pack n play, sand toys, and beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We enjoyed being on the first floor and walking right out to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids colored pictures and put them in the binder. They really liked it there!

Great for a small family stay

Our stay at this condo in Miramar beach was fabulous for a little family of 4. My two boys LOVED having their own room and full size beds. We loved how clean the condo was a long with the perfect location..... Convenient to EVERYTHING, shopping, grocery, the beach, just everything. We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful condo! Super convenient location on first level

We had a great week in this unit, would definitely stay here again! Lea was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. With 3 kids 3 and under, this was the perfect location with easy access to the beach and pool. Only con would be no washer/dryer in the unit. We did use the communal wash room located on the second floor with no issues. 9/10 experience

Our go to beach retreat

This was our second visit to this condo, and myself and my family absolutely love everything about it. The location is perfect for everything in Sandestin and Destin. We will be back for a 3rd visit hopefully this summer! Can’t recommend enough, especially for families who enjoy a kid friendly but fairly quiet area of the beach with private access. Little things that meant a lot, complimentary snacks in the kitchen, the abundance of board games for the kiddos when we were too burnt to go outside, the charging station(because who doesn’t need one of those?), and just everything else!

Great condo and location, not clean

Great for families with kids. Lots of games and toys. If you have babies, you don’t really need to take anything. They thought of everything you may need.Our issues were around cleanliness. When we arrived, everything was dirty. We were told housekeeping did not do their job to clean. They arrived an hour later, and finished in another hour. When we came back inside, we noticed a lot of stains, food, hairs on all the beds. We had to wash the bedding sheets ourselves before using them. When I tried to open the patio door curtain, the whole rod fell on me. We had no privacy the first night.Management was very responsive and took care of the curtain issue promptly the next morning, and they took my late calls. Also, they watered down the soap in the kitchen. After all the issues were resolved the first day, it was a pretty good stay. Thank you to management who helped us through the issues, but please do better to ensure adequate cleaning and maintenance is happening. Thanks.

Awesome Rental

By far one of the best condos I have stayed in. Quiet, private beach was awesome to enjoy from the chairs. Kids had sand toys that I didn’t have to bring. Also, games in the room for the kids were helpful. Complimentary snacks were an added bonus. The unit was clean and comfortable and felt like home while we were there. Definitely would consider staying again, especially great for people with kids. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Gulfside Condo

Unit has amazing potential, but the first impression was marred by a terrible smell when we enterred. I told the property manager about it, but she said it was because of a water leak in another unit. The kitchen was well appointed, with almost everything we could need. The view, proximity to the pool, and beach access was great.

Unit 101- Ideal Vacation Condo/Location

In this one, you ARE on the beach. You can lounge on the patio while watching the kiddos in the heated pool (OR go in, close the door, and zero pool noise), or walk a few more steps to private beach access. ONE row of beachfront chairs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.The unit offers two chairs, a table, and an umbrella with the rental (bonus: owners have a couple of chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys on the patio for gentle use) FYI! A condo down the beach has 4 ROWS of chairs-- you might never see the Gulf). Clean with welcoming decor. Large TVs. Strong Wifi. We loved the charging station with every cord imaginable. Furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of household items to eat in. Gated free parking. Handy carts for rolling luggage/groceries from the car to the door. Convenient drive to Silver Sands Mall, Destin Commons, Alvins, Walmart, Winn Dixie (hint: let them steam a pound or two of shrimp for a delicious cheap meal: get their card and save even more), and more.

Condo Stay

We loved the place so much we have already booked it for next year. However, it would have been nice to know that we would only have one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels for the whole unit, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, one set of towels for each guest, no blankets, no beach towels, and only two trash bags for the kitchen trash. We stayed 4 nights and thankful that we didn't cook at all while we were there. We drove and we didn't fly so next year we will bring this stuff, which will be more convenient that having to purchase it the night we arrive. We found all of this listed in the book about the condo, but it would have been nice to have been posted on the sight so we would have known in advance.
