Odena House was perfect for our group of nine—beautiful, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, every bedroom was inviting, and we loved the outdoor space and hot tub. Our private chef also enjoyed working in the kitchen.Jason was fantastic to work with—responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Old Orchard Beach was very quiet during our late-season visit, but Portland, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit were easy drives away, and the fall foliage was spectacular. We’d happily return!

We stayed at the Odena house for 5 days with a group of 8 women, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone — beds for all 8 of us, so no one had to compromise on comfort. It's beautifully appointed and clearly well maintained, with all the amenities you could need.The hot tub was a highlight every single evening, and the location couldn't be beat — close to the beach and convenient to everything nearby. The house itself is gorgeous, both inside and out.Jason was a wonderful host — quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we had a question.This was the ideal home base for our trip, and we'd book again without hesitation. Highly recommend for any group looking for space, comfort, and a great location!

The Odena house was very clean and perfect for our large family reunion. We all enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and relaxing in all the living rooms on all the floors! The house was so comfortable and the location was perfect. We walked to the Pier and around town easily. Our host was so easy to work with, very accessible and answered any questions I had. We would love to come back and stay here for another family vacation!

We just had a wonderful intimate wedding ceremony held at the house and it was the perfect location and size. There is so much space to spread out and enjoy yourselves. Each floor has a sitting area and so much sleeping room. Each room is clean and exceptionally decorated.We went the weekend of September 18-20th and the weather was perfect. We were just 2 houses away from the beach so it was very easy to go back and forth. If you happen to forget something for the beach, you will most likely find it in the basement to borrow.I loved the fenced in backyard with landscaped plants and patio, comfortable outdoor furniture and pergola. Very very pretty. Jason was so accommodating. He was so sweet even when we needed to be told to "quiet down" after 10pm. We apologize for that, but do appreciate his patience.We are hoping to return to that house or to one of the many other properties he is associated with.Thank You, Jason & All for the use of such a lovely property and your exceptional generosity.

Family weekend getaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this beautiful beach house. Easy access to the beach, fun in the hot tub (and playing ping pong!), and a beautiful setting both inside and outside this property made for a great weekend together. Highly recommend !!

This house was just as described and was awesome for a winter weekend with three families with small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were more than enough bathrooms and play spaces, and it was easy to walk to the beach even in the snow. The adults loved hanging by the fireplace and watching the game upstairs, and the kids loved building forts in the bunkroom, playing with the toys, reading the books, and playing in the snowy yard. All parties loved the in-ground luxurious hot tub. Jason and Chris were super responsive to all questions and extremely easy to work with. Can't wait to come again!

Annual Weekend Getaway !

I believe this was our 4th year at this house and it’s always the best! Look forward to this weekend every year and Jason and Chris always make the process seamless. From check in to check out it’s smooth sailing. From our polar plunge to the hot tub we have the best time and will be back again !

Great vaca in OOB!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time in OOB in this beautiful well-maintained property. Jason and family were wonderful to work with and attentive to our every need. The home met all expectations and was exactly as described. The location to the beach can't be beat. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!
