Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo Sleeps 8! Brand New Full Size Washer and Dryer..!!

Luxurious furnished 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room. and announcing our BRAND NEW FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER. We believe these are the only full size laundry units in all of the Kingsmill Resort condominiums... Our guests are loving these!!! Our condo is a very comfortable unit on a quiet street overlooking the 8th green on the Kingsmill Championship Golf Course on one side, and unlit tennis courts on the other. Our condo is on the tennis court side. Included are playgrounds for young children, walking/jogging/biking trails throughout the development, tennis courts, and picturesque views of the golf course and the James River. The Kingsmill Resort is right next door to Busch Gardens, and just minutes from Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg and the Settlement at Jamestown. A wonderful venue for a fun filled family vacation inside a safe, gated, golf course community. Please check our reviews to get an idea of where you will be staying should you choose our property!
Our kitchen is very well outfitted, so if you have a large group you can plan on cooking in a few nights and saving some money on food... and if there's something you need that we've not provided, give us a call and we'll do our best to bring it to you, fair enough?.... thank you so much for your interest, we do hope to hear from you!

PLEASE READ!!!

Everything at Kingsmill Resort is owned by the Resort, except for the condominiums. This is why we are able to rent our space to you for, typically about1/2 the cost you would pay had you rented through the Resort. Since the Resort owns everything else, we used to be able to provide our guests with Resort Amenities passes for a fee. However recently we have been advised that we will be unable to acquire these passes. We have no idea when we will be able to purchase these for our guests again.

But if you are looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful, gated, upscale setting, close to all the area attractions, then our condo is your perfect spot! Please check our reviews! We thank you for your consideration... We do hope to see you soon!!

Our stay in Kingsmill at the property was everything we could have expected. Dick the host was amazing, communicated every detail and made it so easy for our stay. The grounds were breathtaking and it was in close proximity to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and the James River. We will definitely chose this property again for any visit to the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay and exceeded my expectations. Only 15 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. The 3 rooms each have their own bathroom, great place to stay if traveling with multiple couples/ friends. The host was lovely and communicative! Walkable coffee shop and restaurants within the neighborhood! Would definitely stay again.

My friends and family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The unit was perfect!! All of the extra touches (great smelling towels, sugar and sweeteners, board games, coffee pods, etc.) made it feel like home! The location was IDEAL! We were within minutes (15 or less) to everything! Kingsmill is picturesque and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our host, Dick, was warm and thoughtful, openly extending himself to help us in any way. We will definitely return!!!

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect for 3 adults!!! Everyone had their own bedroom, their own bathroom, and their own heat controls in their area. Every amenity was provided that we needed. The place was clean!! I would definitely rent again if I was in the area.
