Die Villa Mario ist gut durchdacht und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Villa war sehr sauber und das Gelände sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war eine echte Bereicherung, da er so bemessen ist, dass man auch ein paar Bahnen darin schwimmen kann.Das Haus liegt inmitten von Grün, abseits vom touristischen Rummel. Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Urlaub in der ruhigen Gegend sehr genossen. Unsere Hündin hatte auf dem abgezäunten Gelände die Gelegenheit frei herumzutollen und zu spielen. Vielen Dank noch an unseren Gastgeber Mario, der uns das Angebot gemacht hat, dass wir uns mit der Abreise nicht beeilen und gerne einige Stunden später abreisen könnten, dadurch war der Check-out wesentlich entspannter!Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaft schön….

Urlaubsglück im Nirgendwo Die Älteren kennen sicher noch den Schlager aus den zwanziger Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts: „Ein kleines Haus am Ende der Welt, von Glück hingestellt…. „ So fühlt es sich an, wenn man an der sonnengelben Villa Mario in Cepic Polje in der Gespannschaft Krsan ankommt. Das kleine Örtchen liegt sehr ruhig nur gut 10 Kilometer von Labin entfernt, nahe der Kvarner Bucht. Das Blau des Wassers vom Pool vereint sich mit dem Sonnengelb der Wände des Hauses zu einem fröhlichen Farbenspiel. Sauber und gepflegt ist das Grundstück mit diversen Spielgeräten und dem großen, beheizten Salzwasserpool. Das neben dem Haupthaus stehende Gebäude ist nicht etwa eine Garage. Hier befindet sich eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit einer fantastischen Außenküche. Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spüle, Herd, eine Grillplatte (Plancha), Besteck, Geschirr und sogar eine Toilette sind hier vorhanden. Der Traum eines jeden Hobbykochs. Dem nicht genug, die moderne Küche im Haupthaus ist ebenfalls mehr als komplett. Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Gewürze bis hin zur Frischhaltefolie, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der „Rest“ des Hauses, Wohn-/Esszimmer, drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder und ein Hauswirtschaftsraum sind nicht nur modern eingerichtet, sondern auch pieksauber. Gutes WLan und ein großer Flachbildschirm sind selbstverständlich, ebenso, dass die Räume klimatisiert sind. Ein Haus, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl fühlt. Ich habe in über 30 Jahren als Reisejournalist unzählige Ferienhäuser und -wohnungen gesehen. Villa Mario stellt in dieser Kategorie die meisten in den Schatten. 5 Sterne plus, dazu ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der anreisende Gäste mit einer Käse-/Schinkenplatte, Brot und Getränken überrascht. Absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Haus das genau den Bildern entspricht. Die Ausstattung hat es an nichts fehlen lassen. Mit einer Brotzeit und Getränken nach einer mehrstündigen Anreise begrüßt zu werden und zum Abschied dann noch Olivenöl und ein Schnäppchen, das ist einfach großartig. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche im August in der Villa Mario. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles ist wirklich sauber und modern. Es ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls gut durchdacht, die Aussenküche sowie die Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir ständig genutzt. Da wir mit drei Kindern gereist sind, ist sowohl der Kühlschrank als auch das Bad draußen ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und der Pool ist absolut klasse. Ganz eindeutig empfehlen wir Villa Mario weiter.

Ein Wohlfühlort fernab des Massentourismus

Hatten einen super entspannten Familienurlaub mit Freunden in der Villa Mario. Das geräumige Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was einem das Leben leichter macht. Toaster, Schäler, Käsereibe, Schere,...bis auf eine Auflaufform haben wir nichts vermisst :) Selbst Kaffee, Essig & Öl, Salz & Pfeffer, Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie, Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Müllbeutel etc. waren vorhanden, so dass es einem gleich zum Urlaubsstart an nichts fehlte. Der Kontakt mit Mario dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Wurst, Käse, Gemüse und Getränken gefüllt. Und zum Abschied bekamen wir Würste, Olivenöl und Schnaps aus familieneigener Herstellung geschenkt. Wahnsinn! :) Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich und ruhig, mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Um größere Supermärkte, Restaurants oder Strände zu erreichen, muss man das Auto nutzen. In 15-30 Minuten ist aber alles Wesentliche erreicht. Das Haus (vor allem die Küche) ist leider auch bei Fliegen sehr beliebt. Doch auch hierfür gibt es das ein oder andere "Hilfsmittel". Fazit: Wir könnten uns eine Wiederholung auf jeden Fall vorstellen! Mit Kleinkindern waren allerdings die nächstgelegenen Strände recht beschwerlich bis gar nicht zugänglich. Das muss einem bewusst sein.
