Almost everything you would need

House was conveniently located to shopping, dining, town squares. Golf cart a great plus which allowed us to explore the area. Enjoyed our stayWe would definitely visit again 😁

Cozy and comfortable stay

We loved the pineapple theme. It was clean, quiet, and neighbors weren't nosey. Nice to have access to the golf cart. Great location for grocery shopping and close proximity to anything needed. We would recommend it to others.

We loved the location of the property. It has the potential to be a beautiful villa. I believe it is under new ownership from the previous reviews. Upon arrival we had to clean, after vacuuming the throw rugs several times we finally removed all the animal hair. Additionally had to move the bed to get all the hair from underneath. In contacting the owner she was unwilling to do anything about the cleaning fee. In the photos on VRBO the walls were decorated beautifully, but unfortunately most of the decorations were removed leaving mostly bare walls. Only one washcloth per bathroom was provided and one towel per person. There were no cleaning supplies or hand soap etc. We did have a problem with the refrigerator dying twice, but are grateful that the owner did pay for our lost food. We are golfers and were excited to have a golf cart with the rental, however the straps to hold our golf bags in place were missing. We had to buy ratchet straps and tie them on each time we went golfing. Overall we had a fantastic time in the Villages and plan to return but will not be staying at this villa. I feel bad about writing such a negative review but the cost for staying here was higher than average for the area, and all we expected in return was for the rental to match its description.

Terrific Villages Experience

This house is terrific. Great location. Immaculate. Well equipped. Even comes with a golf cart. Welcome book contains all necessary information to make for a wonderful stay. Owners very nice and accessible for and questions or advice. We look forward to return stays here whenever we visit family in the area.

Very Nice

Very nice place. It came as advertised. Clean and comfy, the big plush towels were a nice plus. Evacuated from the storm so I texted the host early in case there were storm issues. A quick reply and no issues. From the area so knew the amenities but didn’t use them because of the weather. I would stay here again.

Amenities were very sparse. For 4 adults: No soap in the bathrooms. 1 bath towel per person for 4 days. 1 pillow per person on beds. 1 extra trash bag. 1 specific bag required to be used for recyclables - far too small. 1 extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom. 1 roll of paper towels. No Kleenex. Other than the amenities, it was a lovely place to stay.

Overall it was a very nice home. Several things should be addressed by the owner: melted aluminum foil on the bottom of oven (food stated like metal), 1 of the 3 TV’s was broken, and one lamp (nearest to TV) had cracked socket) which created a safety issue. Other then those 3 issues we would definitely lease again.

Condo was nice, bathrooms and shower floors were filthy.

Whoever you hired to clean your condo did a horrible job. I have videos of the bathroom floors and the shower stall floor. Both bathroom floors were filthy and the shower stall floor was filthy too. The condo itself is nice but I was shocked to see how dirty the bathroom floors and the shower stall floor was.

Security cameras

There are security cameras in the driveway and patio side. We covered the patio side and the owner text and said it was for irrigation but neighbor said the line was broke and it never watered the whole month we were there. The patio set is rusty anyway. The landscape has weeds growing out of the bushes 2 to 3 feet high and pots of dead plants. You have to leave when running the dish washer or laundry since it is so loud. The master bed is very soft and uncomfortable. The golf cart gas gauge does not work and one strap is broke so only holds one set of clubs. The amenities lists a gas grill but there is not a gas grill. The overall house is fine and the location is awesome but because of the items listed, we would not stay here again.

The patio set’s condition will also be reviewed.- Amenities: The gas grill has been removed from the listing, and we apologize if this caused any confusion.- Golf Cart & Bed Comfort: The golf cart gauge may not display accurately due to air pressure, but as long as fuel is visible, it is sufficient for use. We will inspect the gauge and strap to ensure proper functionality. Bed comfort can be subjective, as we have not received complaints in the past. - Noise from Appliances: We’ll assess the dishwasher and laundry machines to see if improvements can be made to reduce noise.- Security Cameras: The cameras are in place for property maintenance and guest safety. Covering them may interfere with these purposes. We will update our listing to clearly reflect the presence of these cameras.Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Great value and good time.

For a couple who love the pool, this was great. Adult pool was just around the corner. Access to stores, restaurants, etc. on the RT466 corridor was excellent; Villages Squares by included golf cart ( other than Lake Sumter) a bit too far for us. The nightly music was really good and worth the car ride. The house was nice and well appointed; loved the reclining loveseats. Unfamiliar TV systems take a little time to figure out (master BR TV never worked). All in all though, a great value and a good time.
