Ocean City Escape - 7 Steps from the Sand!

The Tropicana is a PERFECT spot for families with the private area protected by the dunes, a GREAT spot for football games or cornhole...Or a great spot for the kids to play while you have a cocktail on the deck! It's a common occurrence for families…kids of all ages…to have pick-up games in the large dune-protected "sand box" in front of the condo. We think one of the best features of our place is that it is seven steps down to the sand!

In addition to FANTASTIC beach views and easy beach access, our place offers a full kitchen (NEW APPLIANCES INSTALLED NOVEMBER 2020!), sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, TVs with cable, DVD and WiFi. The condo is located on 79th street near terrific shopping and restaurants. When you finally come in off the beach, there are many fun things to do in and around Ocean City and you are close to Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island – or just enjoy the view from the deck.

We've also found it a perfect spot for an overnight escape for two - or a long weekend. (Although I confess we've not been able to use it for a long weekend for it sure sounds like a great idea!)

A FEW FAQs:
CHECK-IN TIME:
You may check in AFTER 3 p.m. In order to allow us time to have the unit properly
cleaned and ready for you, please do not request early occupancy.

CHECK-OUT TIME:
Please check out PROMPTLY AT 10 A.M. so the property can be readied for the next guest.
Please leave the unit as you found it with the furniture arranged the same way, no food in the
refrigerator, windows and doors locked, beds made and dishes cleaned and put away. We cannot be
responsible for any items left in the unit.
Tenants are responsible for the property until all keys have been collected.

PETS: Pets are not allowed in this unit.

CHARCOAL GRILLS:
Fire Ordinance: No grills are allowed in any multiple dwelling unit building or on decks, balconies, etc.

PARKING: One designated parking spot - others are first-come, first-served. Boat trailers are not permitted at the condos; you will have to contact a marina for storage.

PERSONAL NEEDS:
Please be sure to bring your own personal towels, linens and paper
items. The bed sizes are listed here:
(1) Queen-size bed
(1) Full-size bed (bottom bunk)
(1) Twin-size bed (top bunk)
(1) Queen sleep sofa

Please take care of the rental unit as if it were your own.
