The property has split system reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans in the main living area great for great for all seasons, including Summer Holidays or winter Holidays to go on coastal walks or watch the Whales. It also has a games area located in the double garage including a TV and DVD player as well as a fully fenced back yard for all ages to enjoy whilst cooking up the bbq.
