Tudo perfeito como está no anúncio , limpo, arrumado , muito gostoso de ficar . O local é seguro , vizinhança modesta e educada . A anfitriã , Dona Esmeralda uma graça de pessoa , adoramos , muito atenciosa , um amor de pessoa . O Anfitrião Naldo , um cara top , muito legal . Na minha próxima ida a ilha eu já sei onde ficar , recomendo .

Bom custo benefício

O bairro é bem simples e a casa também, mas a hospedagem tem tudo o que precisamos. Quanto a localização achamos longe dos locais mais turísticos, mas de carro da pra ir. Não tem estacionamento, tem q achar lugar na rua mesmo Não tivemos problemas com borrachudo na estadia pois tem ar-condicionado no local. O local não é dos mais silenciosos e teve um vizinho sem noção que ficava no muro olhando a gene tomar banho, é mole? Tivemos q tampar a janela com uma toalha! Enfim, pra quem procura custo benefício é bom!

Lugar bom e limpo

Foi uma otima experiência, eu e meus amigos com certeza alugariamos novamente e recomendariamos o local. Lá é um pouco distante do comercio, mas com carro da para realizar tudo que era necessário. O local é bem limpo e arejado, tem todos os equipamentos necessários. Uma boa recepção dos donos.

Ótimo!

Lugar super limpo, arejado e organizado. Cama gostosa, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis. Dona Esmeralda e Naldo são super gente boa e foram sempre atentos conosco. Lembrando também que só tem uma vaga na garagem. O ap não é tão perto da praia, mas nada que atrapalhe a estada. Na próxima visita à Ilhabela, ficaremos aqui com certeza! Recomendadíssimo!

Muito boa!

O chalé acomoda tranquilamente e confortavelmente 4 pessoas, só sentimos falta mesmo de um ar-condicionado pois encontramos um calor digno de praia (Graças a Deus!), mas acredito que com o tempo esse luxo chegue ao chalé Esmeralda. Há apenas 1 vaga para veículo será necessário acordo caso haja outro carro no chalé ao lado, e o motorista precisa ser bom de manobra em caso de carro sedan, pois a vaga é pequena e ingrime, carros baixos podem arranhar em baixo. Naldo e Dona Esmeralda, são rápidos e muito educados a nossas solicitações.
