In the heart of Ogunquit village, east side of Route 1, walk to the famed Ogunquit Beach, shops & restaurants easily & safely on beautiful new side walks. Newly renovated for 2019 with ALL NEW furniture and hotel style linens, new appliances, etc. Be the first to stay and relax in this completely renovated and modernized beautiful home. Large backyard with deck, patio & firepit in a sought after neighborhood. 3 bedrooms each with a king bed, living room with new memory foam queen sofa bed and Loft with queen memory foam sofa bed and twin bed. 2 1/2 newly renovated bathrooms, washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, outside grill & lounge chairs.

1/2 Mile stroll to downtown & beaches (no need to pay $30 for public parking!)


East of Route 1 means no crossing congested streets!

Just north of the center of Ogunquit allows quick access to numerous restaurants in Wells as well (you won’t need to drive thru downtown Ogunquit traffic once you arrive).

Trolley stop 500 feet down the street will take you throughout Ogunquit (seasonal)

Great retreat for families, couples or a getaway with friends.

House is located in a residential neighborhood. It is well suited for guests looking for a quiet getaway vacation. House is NOT suitable for parties and therefore parties are strictly prohibited. We ask that guests respect neighbors with 9:00pm quite hours outdoors. Guests who ultimately disturb neighbors will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.

All new furniture with hotel linens - we understand what today’s travelers want in a house, so no need to be nervous, all our furniture will be brand new and mattresses encased for allergy-free sleeping! All rugs have been removed and modern floors installed to allow for a clean feel.

Each bedroom has a king bed, great retreat for couples or beds large enough to double up kids. There’s also 2 memory foam queen sofa’s and a nook in the loft with a twin for kids.

All 2 1/2 bathrooms completely updated and renovated for a more modern look.

2 new flat screen TV’s. One 65" in the main living room and a separate 55" one in the upstairs loft with a PS4 so the kids can enjoy their own fun.

Parking for 4 vehicles maximum. Parking on the street is prohibited by the Town of Ogunquit.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cancellations - if a new tenant is secured, a refund will be granted based on rate secured with new tenant less cost incurred for securing new tenant.
Base rates are for 7 guests utilizing existing 3 kings and 1 twin. Additional guest fee of $25/night applies to additional guests or use of sofabeds.

This is a beautiful house, in a perfect location. We visited with our 2 teens and my 82 year old parents, and this house served our needs perfectly. My parents never needed to navigate the stairs to get upstairs, my teens both had their owns space/bed, the sectional accommodated all of us, the beds were all super comfortable and the half bath and laundry room were both very appreciated. We were all quite happy staying here and we hope to return again some day.

The owners of this property really thought of everything. There were pamphlets for events and things to do in the area, instructions for how to work everything in the house, plenty of entertainment options AND it was all just minutes away from the center of Ogunquit. The place was immaculate! It is in a great location ! You can walk to the beaches , restaurants, the piano bar , shops and Perkins Cove . You must walk the Marginal Way and go to the Ogunquit Playhouse . We were a little disappointed to find only three wine glasses with a reservation for seven adults and no firewood for fire pit but it certainly did not spoil our fun . We would definitely come back again!

We stayed for a long weekend and found the house to be super cozy, clean and comfortable, meeting the needs of our family and friends. The location was great - we walked to dinner and downtown which was very convenient as the car traffic going into downtown can be bumper to bumper. Highly recommend this property!

A quick 10 minute walk to the beach, downtown for restaurants, ice cream, entertainment, movies, the marginal way, etc. No need to drive anywhere! Ogunquit has so much to offer and our sought after location allows you to park your car and enjoy beautiful walks downtown on our new cobblestone sidewalks. Avoid traffic and hefty parking fees. You can easily walk to most everything Ogunquit has to offer, or even take the trolley which stops right down the street on Route 1. You can also relax at the house in the spacious backyard with grill and lounge chairs. This house is a perfect getaway for couples, reunion with friends or for families looking for a seaside vacation.
