Welcome to La Florida

La Florida is a three bedroom and 2 ½ bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants and to many of the main connections. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of countless amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
La Florida features fresh and updated beachy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king-size bedroom, one queen-size bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
The main bedroom along with its updated en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the home, featuring a split floorplan with the other two bedrooms on the right side. The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The galley kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage has one parking spot for guests (owner uses 2nd spot for personal car) and the home comes with bicycles (please use at your own risk).

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. This Southern facing home guarantees to not disappoint the sun lovers. **There is an outdoor kitchen available, although the built in BBQ is locked up for owner use only** a separate stand alone BBQ is provided for our guests.
La Florida truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Relaxing pool and hot tub

We enjoyed relaxing at the property. The location was good as we enjoy Pine Island as well as Cape Coral. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the canal was very relaxing.

Great vacation spot

This is a great vacation spot with a great outside environment. Sun in the pool area all day long. Excellent entertainment outside with the tv and sound system. The only downside was that you had to provide your own basic essentials such as shampoo, ice, water. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Stay here - it's great!

The house is great - lovely warm pool, loads of TV's, great relaxing areas, good kitchen equipment, BBQ, garage parking, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only slight negatives for us were that the air conditioning was not quite cold enough at a minimum of 74 degrees (we're from the UK!) so we found it hot at night and the beds didn't suit us. We'd definitely stay again though.

Third year is this home for Feb and March.

Third year is this home for Feb and March. We love it more each year and call this our Haven and Happy Place even thou we have had to weather some major health issues while here. This home provides a place of peace and tranquility and we look forward to returning next year. This management team is the most responsive of any other management group we have ever used over the past fifteen years of wintering in Florida. Their goal is to provide well kept homes to insure your vacation is a stress free and happy one.

Egal mit wem wir zu tun hatten, jeder Mitarbeiter war ausnahmslos freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Wie schon erwähnt, hilft es trotz solider Englischkenntnisse, wenn man auf Deutsch umschalten kann.

La Florida is a nice property and we stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 2 kids. If your intention is to relax, house is self-sufficient. Pool, fishing in the canal, nice outdoor are to cook and very comfortable furniture throughout the home. You also can have nice seafood in Cape Coral, Sanibel or Captiva. Really recommended. We had already stayed in a Vesteva property. We love the fact that we can do everything online but when you need anyone from team, they are quick, very gentle and responsive.

The house we rented was very comfortable and the furnishings were excellent. The neighborhood was quite too. My husband really liked the recliner. As a first time renter, I would have thought I would have had the first chance at the house we rented for next year but when I called mid February ... the house was already taken for next year. I would have appreciated a heads up concerning next year's rental property. I thought the party at Rudy and Eva's house was very nice. I particularly enjoyed meeting the family and putting a face with a name. The little granddaughter is adorable! My Mom and Dad ran a towing/diesel mechanic business that was passed to my brother and now his son. My husband farms with his brother and my daughter owns and operates her own business. It takes hard work and dedication. I like to support the family owned business!! It was nice to meet some fellow renters to visit and share your experiences. We will be returning next February and have Pina Cabana rented. We are already looking forward to our stay. Your team was very efficient. Our ice maker was having issues and Robert called the service man and the service man called us to schedule an appointment time. I took a picture of 2 outside chairs that were severely worn and sent it to Venessa and they were replaced 3 days later. Your follow up is fantastic!!
