Great place to stay and in a beautiful secluded location. Would have been even better if the double beds in the smaller rooms were queen beds and the master had a king bed with better quality pillows.
Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect and the house was awesome. Would be perfect for a family or a group of friends. Only a short drive to dunsborough or Margaret River which made it the perfect middle location
It’s a lovely location very quiet. Few maintenance issues but the agents did respond quickly. Would have preferred things to have been sorted prior to our stay, however this did not cause us inconvenience.
Pleasant family home in semi-rural settlement, close to Dunsborough for cafes and groceries.
No marks for Exclusive Escapes who prefer not to answer the phone and completely ignored the consequent email .
The property was great for our stay and it had lots of the amenities that we needed however we were a little disappointed to learn we had to pay more for linen considering the cost of the stay.

HI Sam. Thanks for your feedback. Great to hear you enjoyed the property. We do list the linen requirements on all correspondence so there is no confusion for guests. As you know, we did actually supply your linen for free. Happy new Year from all at EE
This property was perfect for a large group and was close to all the attractions of the Margaret River/ Yallingup region. It was impeccably clean and well equipped.

excellent
great property!! very spacious and modern.
We had a great time staying here over the Easter holidays, very close to the Yallingup beach, well equiped and loads of room. Miele appliances are great and we made extensive use of the coffee machine.
There are spiders around which is to be expected given the location but when I went to plug in a power charger we were surprised to find quite a spider web and a spider behind the bed in the main bedroom.

Wonderful property ideally located
A wonderful property ideally located in a part of Yallingup where you feel you are a million miles from anywhere but a short drive to bakery, Dunsborough town and beaches. Kangaroos roaming nearby all day everyday in the open adds to the authenticity of the experience.
The property is spacious indoor and out with wildlife on your doorstep.
Some small suggestions for improvement include:
- Single beds in twin room bed fixing / replacing as bed frames are falling apart.
- Property needs a thorough internal clean as a couple of spiders nests in the property including in the ceiling of the open plan lounge and kitchen are unsightly.
- Handles on kitchen cabinetry have sharp edges. I cut my hand on one brushing past and we had to be very careful with children running around at head height with the handles.
- Built in Miele coffee machine is a nice touch but it needs a thorough clean and is missing the milk attachment.
- Cabinetry door concealing the microwave which opens upwards is impractical for anyone six foot and taller as you need to duck to use.
- Water stopped part way through stay. Exclusive Escapes were very responsive on phone and advised how to reset pump and had it back on in 20 mins.
None of the above were major issues. Just room for improvement.

Warm, Comfortable & Clean
We stayed at the Lilywood property over a long weekend, and we loved this house! Between six adults there was plenty of room for us all, the house is well equipped with everything that you will need and the central heating (& wood fire) were fantastic.
