We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, Brian. The property is regularly treated for pests, however being a coastal area, occasional ants can appear, particularly during warmer weather. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have arranged treatment immediately.
In relation to your comment regarding our team, we always aim to communicate professionally and respectfully. During your stay, we did receive complaints from neighbouring residents regarding excessive noise coming from the unit, which required us to make contact to ensure compliance with building and strata rules. This was done in line with our responsibility to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.

Hi Samii,
I am unsure why the issue with the hot water was not reported to the office, hot water not working is something that we need to know about. I have been down to the unit and have checked and both kitchen and bathroom hot water taps seem to be working fine. Next time if you have an issue with a property you have booked please report it to our office, as there is nothing we can do to help after you have left. For an emergency we also have a 24 hour number you can call and you will be put through to someone from our office who can help.
