Pu'uwai Villa is on a landscaped half-acre on a private road with plenty of off-street parking.
Private, very quiet, one of only six homes on the private road. A large open space forest borders the property. Pu'uwai Villa has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 2700 square feet of living area, sleeps up to eight persons and a 15'x 30' saltwater pool. There are tile floors throughout.
Sweeping ocean and shoreline views from every living area, upstairs, downstairs and by the pool, with a year-round sunset view. The 800' elevation ensures privacy, cool afternoon and evening breezes and near perfect temperatures year-round. Three covered lanais overlooking ocean views and the pool.
The expansive upstairs living area has soaring wood beamed ceilings, indirect lighting, comfortable seating, dining area, entertainment center, half bath and laundry room. It opens onto a covered lanai running the length of the living area and kitchen with chairs for lounging and an additional dining area (seating six) overlooking the pool and ocean/sunset views. Fans on the lanai over the seating and dining areas.
The gourmet kitchen has an island bar, built in desk, skylight and every utensil, vessel, and appliance the gourmet cook needs for the simplest to the most exotic meal (bring your own spices for the exotic ones), including a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Glasses, dishes, flatware and serving pieces are included with service for 12.
Past the upstairs entry hall to the right of the front door is the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, chaise lounge, walk in closet and its own lanai overlooking the pool and ocean views. The bath has two vanities, a skylight, large soaking tub and separate walk-in tiled shower.
The downstairs includes a family room, a full bath with tub and separate walk-in shower. Two large bedrooms, each with a king bed, are located on this level. The family room has a queen size sofa bed, a children's play table and Roku TV. It opens to the pool lanai, ocean views, dining table, lounge chairs and barbecue area.
A removable pool fence is available if toddlers are present for an additional set-up and breakdown charge.
There is weekly pool and gardening service and hi-speed wireless internet throughout. Televisions in upstairs and downstairs living rooms, each include a Roku streaming player (bring your login info for Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, etc.). The home is tastefully decorated with original local art. You need only your clothes along with family and friends to share this beautiful place.
