This immaculately clean 2 BDRM cottage sits on the southwest side of Colorado Springs and offers the perfect balance of private, modern comfort and close to some of the best attractions.
Charm and classic appeal live here. With plenty of private parking on the property, guests can keep their vehicles close. Enter through the rear or the front of the house, accentuated by a charming, traditional porch aligned perfectly to watch the morning sunrise.
The main living area is open and bright, with plenty of space to relax in comfort. The sofa and seating throughout the house is all comfy and for convenience the sofa can turn into a pull out bed. All rooms are accessible from this space.
The big, open kitchen is a chef`s dream and your friends, your family can enjoy the sounds, the smells, the company while you cook from the adjacent dining area with seating for 5 or 6. The kitchen shines with both original surfaces and new ones, including immaculate granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and the original wood flooring.

Located on the southwest side of Colorado Springs within a mile from the Rocky Mountain Foothills, this home is nestled in a classic area of the city dominated by the luxury and prestige of the 5-star, world-renowned hotel and resort complex that is The Broadmoor. There are a myriad of attractions in this neighborhood including the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Helen Hunt Falls, Cheyenne Cañon, Stratton Open Space, Bear Creak Park, Gold Camp Road and so many more. The area is unique, also, in that some of the best dining and nightlife in the city can be found just within walking distance. Some locales of note are The Burrowing Owl (just 500 feet away), offering surprisingly exceptional gourmet vegan cuisine in a unique, only-in-Colorado atmosphere. Edelweiss, Prime 25, The Blue Star, and Bristol Brewing in the converted and unique Ivywild School are all within a half-mile and offer exceptional food and drink. Getting Around:
Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
