About this property

Our home is across the street from the new Creekwalk shopping district. Grab a bite to eat or enjoy a day of shopping while being walking distance from home! If you love to hike, Cheyenne Canyon, Helen Hunt and Seven Falls are minutes away. The Ivywild school is down the street and downtown is about a 5 minute drive. If you would like to stay in, our home offers comfort and relaxation with memory foam sofas and beds. We also have a large picnic area and basketball hoop outback!

Older home, but great location!

We had problems with check in, but they were resolved within about 30 min. This is an obviously older, small home, but in a fairly quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. The home appeared clean with upgraded living areas. Furnishings are limited and have a rather "spartan" feel, but they are comfortable with the exception of the beds, which should be upgraded. It should also be noted that there are several small steps and/or unlevel areas between rooms which may give guests with mobility issues a problem. We did not prepare meals, but the kitchen appeared well stocked. Overall a small, cute, clean older home - nothing fancy but it covers the basics. Especially good for outdoorsy folks just looking for a place to rest after a full day of activities.

Cute home, very clean

We stayed in mid-July. I was impressed with the cleanliness, upon walking in, it was clear that cleanliness is a priority. Location is close to places we planned to visit. I’m used to an area with perfectly manicured lawns so was a bit concerned to be in a neighborhood with furniture sitting out on neighbors lawns and cars in neighbors yard. Neighborhood seemed to be quiet at night so that was good. Overall, I have no complaints and would recommend based on proximity and cleanliness!

Colorado Springs trip

This property is located close to so many attractions! We loved being under 15 minutes to most things. The house was clean and comfortable. It has all the conveniences of home.
