This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and features views of the Rogue Valley hills. It is near RoxyAnn Winery, historic Jacksonville and Ashland are only 20 minutes away, with other nearby cities with many activities. There are 2 medical centers in town which are both a 10 minute drive away. The house is in a beautiful area of East Medford close to many activities including shopping, grocery stores, hospitals, theaters, Including in the Shakespearean theater in Ashland and Mountain Ashland with skying and the Britt festival in Jacksonville. There are many outdoor activities in the area including multiple lakes.
