Set on 5 acres of land, this brand-new custom built home is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting the luxury of space during their vacation.

Only 5km to the town centre, 1km to the beach and 5 min to the airport, the serenity of rural living can be soaked up from the front deck each evening, from big, open-plan living areas that open out onto the BBQ area.

This contemporary inspired home is beautiful inside and out and is fully equipped for children.

It sleeps 11 and is fully equipped for children with access to cot, porta-cot and high chair available.

The expansive modern kitchen is fully equipped with walk-in butler s pantry and plenty of bench top space.

The main bedroom features a unique bathtub by the window with a view of the natural surrounds. All bathrooms are stylish, bright and spacious.

Our home is the perfect retreat offering space, tranquillity and all the amenities you may need, taking the thought out of your holiday planning and making life as easy as possible.

Amazing homely property, with everything you could possibly want or need. If you have young children I could not recommend this place more, the kids room and playground we're a real hit! Thanks Katie we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to unwind.

We had an amazing family holiday at Tiatukia. The house was beautiful, which captured distant views of the ocean and surrounding hills from every room. The property was very private and tranquil; the only sounds to be heard were of birds and kokaburras in the gum trees. An added bonus were the two horses which we enjoyed patting and feeding carrots to. Would highly recommend Tiatukia for anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
