The centrally located space is perfect for a ski getaway or winter holiday with friends and family! The mountain condo is two blocks from the Sun Valley Warm Springs lift and two miles to town (ride the shuttle for free)! A shared sauna is located right outside your door, and Sun Valley offers year-round fun. Play Soleil is a second-story condo accessible by stairs only. The home is ideal for entertaining with a spacious living room, fireplace, and media entertainment (cable and DVD library). A fully equipped kitchen and bistro table will help feed the whole family or you can always dine on the private patio thanks to a gas grill!

Close to ski lifts

The condo is very close to the ski lifts. A bonus not needing to drive everyday. Had everything we needed except coffee filters for the drip coffee maker - which required another trip to the grocery store.

Great location, cute home. A few things dated like caulking around tub and small things that did not effect our stay at all just needs a little tlc. The parking can be a little rough, I think there are enough spots but maybe if they numbered or marked the parking spots, we arrived later at night and few people had taken up more than one spot it was a bit frustrating that first night but we didn’t have any problems the rest of the stay. Overall it was a great trip and I’d totally go back.

PROBLEMS WITH POWER OUTAGE

Although it was explained in paperwork when we arrived to the condo, it was very very hot inside, we had run the fan in the bedroom, and it caused a power outage. We were able to get it going again, but it was somewhat of an inconvenience.

OK condo in Warm Springs

Smallish, not up-dated condo away from downtown Ketchum. Nice view, but deck is divided by massive chimney, so one person can sit on one side of the chimney and one on the other and you cannot even see one another. we rented this unit as a stopover in the middle of a two week road trip, specifically because it has a washer / dryer in the unit. Great, except the washing machine is out of order ( no prior notice given) and we had packed enough for one week, planning to do laundry in this unit. Called Vacasa and got a quick response from the local property manager with an offer of a refund of up to $100 - has not yet arrived. OK condo but nothing special.

Nice place close to town

The condo was small but exactly what we needed. It was very hot the first day there (95 degrees), so the condo was super warm Since there is no central air. The air conditioner in the bedroom helped greatly though. We didn’t cook while there, but had what you needed if you wanted to. It was close to town and trails if you wanted to hike. Would stay again if we head up that way.

Simple and cute. Not too fancy. Comfortable and great location. Liked the prop management company “Vacasa”. No coffee filters is like no TP and they showed up in 10 minutes with the filters!

Cute little condo

Stayed here to ski at Baldy. Location is close to SV lodge (and I believe included passes to lodge amenities). The walkway to property was very very icy (yes, it’s a ski town but the ice was pretty thick). We didn’t use any kitchen items aside from coffee maker but it seemed like you could cook a small meal. There is a hot tub on site but didn’t use it as we went to the Lodge. Nice weekend place for a couple - maybe 1 kiddo.

Short walk to Warm Spgs base. Upstairs location with a view off the deck of Warm Spgs side runs. Very close to Jacuzzi. Perfect for a couple. No need for a car in Winter - just walk to the Mtn Rides stop. Well stocked facility. Very cute.

Comfortable and Quiet

Good quiet location that's not too far from town but away from all the busy activity. Near to the bike path into Ketchum and Warm Springs ski run is just a stroll down the hill. Good supply of information on things to do and places to eat. A nice comfortable place to stay.
