Just minutes from the Orlando-Sanford airport and midway between themeparks and beaches, visitors have a house and backyard to themselves. Nearby visitors can enjoy a revitalized downtown Sanford, Seminole Town Center Mall, Lake Mary shopping and restaurants, and drive to state parks, natural springs, and much more!

The property also has a private apartment behind the house that is occupied. There is separate parking and backyard to ensure privacy for guests. The apartment occupant has a dog that is well-behaved and is either inside, out in the separate yard for potty breaks, or on a leash.

House was amazing. Holly was an awesome host. House has everything you need and more. Spotless yet comfortable. I was actually sad to leave.

Why they chose this property

After a lot of freshening up, this farmhouse is ready for guests! Conveniently located just minutes away from the Orlando-Sanford airport, and a short drive to other great Central Florida locations, the house is the perfect spot to relax, or get some remote work done. Quick access to roads that take you to downtown Orlando or further to the theme parks. Locals find the distance from Sanford to New Smyrna and Daytona beaches is still close enough for a day trip.
