Great location. Close to River, restaurants, etc. Fun to people watch on the front porch. Little bar next door for a nightcap. Clean lodging as well. Thx
Kelly Kottage is in a perfect location for all things historic Natchez. Most of the attractions are within an easy walk. The cottage itself was well supplied, cozy, more than adequate for a group of four, and, is full of personality and helpful Natchez area information. We would certainly recommend Kelly Kottage as THE place to book for your next stay in Natchez!

The location was great for walking around town. The unit was clean. I'd warn anyone who's looking for a quiet stay as it's next door to a bar and easy to sing along on karaoke night! Parking is on the street but always available. We enjoyed our stay.
The house is charming and very unique but it is on a very busy street and next door to a loud bar. To start, after driving over 8 hours we were just ready to be at the house and relax. We had to sit and wait in the car for the home owner to get off work to get us the code to get in. And because it is right next to a bar and an event venue we had to park on the street a couple blocks away most days. The music and crowd at the bar was very loud up until at least 2 in the morning. The bar crowd tends to gather right outside the house. Thumbs up for the house itself, thumbs down for its location.

Sorry you had to wait for me to finish work, I wrote to you in advance to please reach out before my 4:00 appointment so that I could give you the door entry code.
And, I sent you my mobile number. You said you had just arrived once we connected. As for The Corner bar ~ most think it's a plus ~ It's the local Cheers and usually is pretty quiet. However, if it's a busy weekend, with weddings, etc. sometimes they stay open late. Normally they close around 10:00 pm ~ no live music ..... Glad you enjoyed the cottage, and were comfortable.
Property is located in a perfect spot for anyone looking to take in the sites and sounds of Natchez MS. Feels like the clock has turned back to a simpler time resting in a small cottage steps away from the Mississippi River.
Great little cottage. The traffic was a bit noisy at night ( not the owners fault) but overall it was great

Sorry about the traffic noise ~ it being the holidays with all the parties and festivities ~ allot of folks out and about!
Can't do anything about that!
But so happy to hear you loved staying at Kelly Kottage.
Come back again soon!
Happy New Year!
I wish I could have stayed longer as the house is quiet , well-appointed, and close to Main Street. Would stay again next time I visit friends in Natchez.
Kelly Kottage was so uniquely decorated and was within walking distance of most historical sites. Would definitely stay here again.
