Cute spot. Strange to be in the middle of a neighborhood but I knew what I signed up for. Clean and had nearly everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and linens were provided. Thank you Shawn!

This was a good place to stay for a reasonable price. It was small, but we weren’t planning to be there except at night, and the clean, cool room with comfy beds was what we needed. The drive into Charleston was long with the traffic, but we put up with that since we went into the city in the morning and stayed there all day, and lodging in the city was pricey. Our room and bathroom was a quiet and private part of a house that no one else used but us.

Snug room with compact refrigerator and microwave. Nice quiet neighborhood, close enough to be convenient to Charleston, yet away from the bustle and noise. Great if you want to just get away and relax for a while!

The room was small but clean and good for what I needed. The air conditioner was inconsistent and hard to keep at temperature needed. It is a beautiful area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and stocked for needs.

Came down for a weekend trip in Charleston, and had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Shawn was very accommodating and not intrusive in the slightest. The air conditioning was iffy at times since the standalone unit was frozen to 73-74 F but a very minor complaint. Easy access to Charleston (30 mins). Would recommend to solo travelers!
