This property is part of an historic renovation project undertaken by the owners in 2014. Owners chose this property because it is located in the center of the top rated small college towns in America. Like many of their friends and neighbors the owners came to Fayetteville to goto the University of Arkansas and never left. Aside from all the educational, cultural,and social amenities including first class arts, entertainment, ,sports, shopping and dining options available within walking distance.Fayetteville is simply a very beautiful, user friendly, livable city.
