The house was beautiful and suited our needs very well for our family of 5. We loved being able to use the kitchen, which had a lot of what we needed such as cookware and dishes. The pool was a lot of fun and was warm enough for us. There. We’re plenty of comfortable beds. Overall a great place to stay in a nice area.

We had a wonderful trip. Neighborhood was safe and check in was smooth. We spent most of our time at the parks so didn’t use the pool. The washer and dryer worked very well. The location was about 10-15 minutes from the parks and Publix was about 5-7 minutes away. Thanks for your wonderful home.

The house was not exactly like the pictures. The sofa in the property was very low. The three of us who were traveling together for a friend’s birthday were not able to sit in the living room. We have back and knee issues. The sheets on the bed are very thin and the comforters/sheet sets were worn out. They were not washed, as we had to wash them before we went to bed. They smelled awful. The house is outdated, decorated beautifully. I feel a new cleaning crew is warranted. This is probably not a property we would use again. The hostess was very attentive and on point.Thank you!

First of all, when I am looking for a place to stay I look at the rating, the price and the pictures. I did not receive the the door combination. We were in the heat waiting for 45 minutes the combination. The pictures certainly did not match what we walked into. The picture showed a leather sofa, it was cloth, very uncomfortable1.the bedroom I was in. I moved a table to get back to the outlet and there were dust bunnies and long black hair, I'm a redhead. the light in the ceiling had 4 bulbs, mine had only 2 working bulbs. my bath had 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and ton of washcloths.2. the pool ok, except for the pool bottom had so much loose cement it was difficult to walk, the overhead cover appeared to have mold on some panels. The picture shows an over the head fan in the Lani--- there was none. 3. we wanted to use the oven to place our bread on the rakes to toast. The oven was so dirty we certainly didn't feel we could use it.4. The kitchen chairs covers are falling apart. Each time we sat on them more of the covering came off. We attempted to sweep up but couldn't keep ahead of it. This highlights some of the reasons I would give this rental a "4"

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
