Escape to Masons Island! Your own resort living with a private BEACH and DOCK! This spacious, thoughtfully-designed home invites you into a gourmet kitchen, dining, bedroom and living room windows facing Fishers Island Sound for breathtaking water views and sunrises in the morning! The main house boasts 6 Bedrooms and 8 Bathrooms! Having a family gathering? There is a large private apartment above the garage with a separate entry. A family of 4 would be comfortable with the built-in kitchenette including microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge, king bed and a futon. This area is also part of the main home accessed by the same catwalk as the other bedrooms. Bring your kayaks, jet skis and don't forget your fishing poles. After a day on the water or exploring local attractions, spend your evenings in the lower level; complete with kitchenette, fireplace, two bathrooms, game room complete with ping pong, foosball, air hockey and basketball. This area is also part of the main home accessed by the same catwalk as the other bedrooms. The 6 bedroom count includes the apartment.

ALL BEDS DONE WITH HIGH QUALITY MATTRESSES AND BEDDING. Each room has its own thermostat control for its own system.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upper Level Kitchen: When hunger strikes, cook up something in the large gourmet quality kitchen, including 2 dishwashers, a panel covered refrigerator and full size 4 foot range with built in griddle. Great conversations will be had at the island seating for 6 and casual bench seating for 6! Waterfront views overlooking the large deck! In the morning brew some coffee at the coffee station with a Cuisinart coffee pot where you can use grounds or pods. Step down into the dining room with a long table comfortable for 12 guests. Ready for amazing dining outside? Open the glass doors to the custom deck complete with a gas grill and outdoor kitchen! Two separate dining tables with umbrellas and seating for 14! No matter where you decide to cook or dine, you'll love joining together at the many spaces.

LOUNGING AND LIVING SPACES:
UPPER LEVEL living room: Boasts high ceilings, beautiful moldings, and tall windows that capture light beautifully and offers several very comfortable seating areas! There is an 82" FLAT-SCREEN TV! There is a gas fireplace with a remote control in the living room.
The living area is well lit, and comfortably furnished.
LOWER LEVEL Living Space: Kitchen cabinets, wet bar and oversized 85” TV are surrounded by an island with seating for 8! You are welcome to enjoy your favorite sports game with a beverage & snacks.( Kegarator available to reservations holding an event). Two bathrooms are HIS/HER style one complete with a shower. A lounge area with a queen sofa bed with an upgraded gel mattress is separated by a closing barn door, including a 75” smart tv and stone fireplace. A game area with additional seating complete with foosball, basketball and ping pong for hours of enjoyment!

OUTDOOR LIVING:

The home has its own beach on site where kayaks can be launched as well as a private dock. There is also a small marina boat launch nearby. Kayak rentals available right up the river where you can also schedule kayak tours, even night tours! Guests will enjoy the carefully landscaped backyard. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was gorgeous, spacious and so comfortable. It's right outside downtown Mystic so close enough to shops and restaurants yet being on Mason Island, you felt away from the crowds. The deck was a particular favorite with our groups, whether sitting outside in the side, dining in the evening or sending the nights relaxing by the water. The house had everything you needed. Communication with Roland the property manager was great and easy, as was check-in/check-out. We will be back!

Check in was a breeze. The house was sheer perfection. We had friends pop in during the week and we had plenty of room. My son and his friend dropped their crab traps off the dock and caught some keepers! Traveling with moody teens can be tough but the basement was a teen dream! We felt comfortable and so welcomed. If you are considering a home definitely keep this one at top of mind. It lacked for nothing. I cannot say enough positive things about this home and our entire experience. I wish i was still there at this very moment!

Beautifully situated on the east side of Mason’s Island on it’s own little beach. Clean and bright inside and out. Well organized. Lower level game room is every male’s dream. Centrally located to Mystic and Stonington 30 minutes to Watch Hill beaches Fresh fish just down the road.

Exceptional property

We celebrated a special birthday with extended family at this home. The house is exceptional in every way and in a beautiful waterfront location. It is very spacious, perfect for a large group, and thoughtfully designed with numerous amenities. Everyone loved staying at the house and enjoyed the property, deck, and added bonus of a game room. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house and hope to return some day.

Mystic Connecticut’s Hidden Treasure!

As a surprise for my husbands birthday, I rented this beautiful home I found online. When we arrived we were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice. Mystic Family Vacation

There are few properties that match this one on Mason's Island. It is an oasis but not far from the bustle of Mystic and close to anything else you might want including the Casinos and golf. The house is fully outfitted. The main point is that the property manager (Roland) is always available. There is enough room to spread out. If you have small children, the private beach is a real plus. OUTSTANDING!!!

We spent a week in this beautiful home and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is stunning and extremely convenient for Mystic and Stonington. Every aspect of the house is comfortable and inviting from the comfy reclining sofas, the amazing deck, well appointed and stocked kitchen, fabulous games room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms that are all uniquely designed. It was extremely clean and everything was high quality. The owner Roland was extremely responsive and communicative, resolving anything that came up during our stay. Great Vacation Home

We had an amazing stay at this Mystic home. Roland was always available for any questions we had, and was very gracious in wanting us to have a wonderful week. The house is amazing, with every bell and whistle you could imagine. The quality of all the furnishings, was top notch. We cook in a lot, just easier with a large group, and the kitchen had every utensil and gadget we could have wanted, and appliance were all top of the line. We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck, and also had plenty of yard for lawn games. The beach area was perfect for the little ones in our group, they loved digging in the sand, and crabbing off the dock. It is a beautiful home, and I can not imagine anyone not falling in love with it. Thank you Roland for sharing your very well thought out home with us.

This is a very special property. It has everything you could possibly need in a home and more. Every bedroom is a suite! So many spaces to gather that you can enjoy each other or get some alone time. Great room furniture is plentiful & comfortable. I have rented many large homes over the years but this is the first one that had enough comfy furniture for everyone! Home is beautiful in decor, spotless & shining from door to door. The views can be enjoyed much more in person than online. The neighborhood is convenient for power walking. Location is perfect-10 minutes to Salt Water Farm Vineyard or downtown Mystic. A few minutes further and you are in Watch Hill. Don't hesitate on renting this-we had an amazing time!

Simply Spectacular in Every Way

Our wedding week was made even more special by our stay at Mystic Bay. The house is spectacular in so many ways; several guests commented that it was the nicest house in which they'd ever stepped foot. The house is modern, featuring state-of-art design and voice-activated controls, and there are easy-to-follow labels and instructions in the welcome book for anyone to understand. It's perfect for adults and kids alike, from relaxing areas inside and outside, beautiful kitchens, a basement game room, a large deck and several bedroom balconies, a large lawn on the water, and a small private beach. The waterfront views are stunning from various rooms in the home and especially perfect for sunrises. Lastly, the hosts were extremely gracious and attentive, calling attention to items for the kids to use (e.g., boogie boards, crab traps, etc) and immediately responding to any text messages I sent. I can not possibly recommend this home enough, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful house in a great location

The Mason's Island area has long been a special place for our family. This house is just outside the guard gate to the private part of the island and right on the water past the causeway. It's a beautiful house with tons of amenities. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

I can’t say enough good things about this house. It has everything you could ever want in a home! Gorgeous views, comfortable furnishings, fabulous kitchen, plenty of seating for meals (2 outdoor deck tables seat 20!), amazing game room, and all the comforts of home. I just wish we could have stayed another week! Great area with plenty to do for all ages. The only thing that would have made it better would have been kayaks and/or paddle boards for use.

Beautiful Mystic Bay

What a fantastic week we had in the beautiful Mystic Bay Home! The view from the house is absolutely stunning! The home itself has just about everything you could need for a waterfront vacation. We were easily able to store our kayaks and take a short walk to the beach to put them in and off we went. The home itself also was beautifully equipped and provided the ambience for a great week. The speaker system and TVs set up are great for entertainment. There's ample chairs, and all kitchen equipment needed to get you through the week. The upstairs is beautifully laid out with everything available for your stay. The owners (Roland and Karen) were easily accessible if anything was needed- but everything was clearly laid out with instructions that it wasn't really necessary! My family can't wait to return to Mystic Bay in the near future!

This property offers all the coastal charm of Connecticut. The Mystic downtown area is less than a 10 minute drive. The layout of the home offers spacious areas where families can commune or they can find their own private space to relax. The large back deck is crowning jewel. The area offers a full kitchen, dining and relaxing sitting area. The deck is lit up at night with propane supplied tiki torches. The elegance in this home goes a long way, but the home has been furnished for guests to also be comfortable.

What makes this property unique

There are 5 refrigerators in the home, including the lower level with an additional freezer and a commercial ice machine which means the house has 4 ice machines.

The basement has an 85-in TV and a 75-in TV along with two additional 55-in TVs for a total of four in the game room general area.

There's also a warming drawer in the lower level that is set up for events along with the microwave and a keg cooler that can have three beers on tap.

In the first floor kitchen there's a built-in stainless steel steamer, perfect for healthy eaters...

A main sink along with a sink in the island next to the steamer.
