About this property

Lakefront Summer Cottages~Sparkling clean social distancing space!

Sparkling clean social distancing space!
Now available by the month for a discounted rate!
The lake is a 200 foot stroll from your front door. The water is clean and the swimming and fishing is great. We provide a variety of boats for our guests, life preservers plus more. There are no motor boats allowed.
There is a play structure for the little ones, a slack line to try your balancing skills on, a fire pit at the waterfront and amazing stargazing !
The THREE cottages are not air conditioned however we do provide fans. If it's a chilly night there are lots of blankets.
The cottages are available from May until late September, sometimes early October. Each cottage has it's own full kitchen as well as a gas grille(we provide the gas). Each cottage is unique and priced differently.

Although we have THREE COTTAGES IN TOTAL to rent and we live on the property year-round, it never feels crowded. We are here if you need us but respecting your space and privacy is our priority.

A home away from home

Had a wonderful time. House was comfortable and our hosts were great. Next year we hope to come back.

We have been renting all three of our cottages for over 20 years!
I am from New York and my husband grew up in Northampton.





Why they chose this property

The property has an interesting history. Originally the property was the Goshen Town beach and then was sold to the Raymond family in the 1950's.This gem of a lake has been a summer attraction for many guests from around the world for more than 25 years!

What makes this property unique

What makes this Cottage unique
The property abuts the 1,400 mile DAR State forest with great hiking, mountain biking trails. There is an abundance of activities to partake in, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the lake. Birdwatching, boating, fishing or swinging on the hammock ! You will love our little slice of paradise !
