BLUE MARLIN perfect family vacations

Welcome at Casa Blue Marlin!
The house is located in SW Cape Coral with short drive to Cape Harbour which boasts boat rentals, tour charters, restaurants and live music every Tuesday & Friday night.

Cape Coral Yacht Club is a 10 minute drive away and hosts the Boathouse restaurant. A little beach on the river and a public boat ramp is there too. Great spot to watch sunsets from the pier.

The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge pool and spa* . The lanai / pool area is equiped with lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. There is also a TV and dining area. The living room and master is also equiped with flat screen TV's. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation - welcome at Blue Marlin. Thank you

Minimum age to book the place is 25y and there are no pets allowed.
If you sneak one in you will be asked to leave immediately you might have to forfeit your rent. The fine for bringing a pet is $1,000 (onetousend).
