A convenient location to groceries, restaurants and highways into Portland or out of town. This space was great for two people; however, I could imagine to feeling small for a family.
This location is perfect for exploring Beaverton and even Portland's downtown, given the easy walk to the Max station. Lots of really good and interesting restaurants are nearby, as is a large branch of Powell's Books. The unit is comfortable and mostly well stocked. We stayed for three weeks and it made a good home base for us.
I had an amazing stay at the downtown Beaverton hideaway! The place was spotless, the host was super friendly, and the location was perfect. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. So many great stores and food spots in the area and the place is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood while still so close to everything else. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
We only stayed a couple days but the property was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. Check in/out was very simple. Thank you so much for the stay!
Clean, comfortable, and private in a nice central location within walking distance of groceries, shopping, and a mass transit hub. Luke responded promptly to all our questions. It was a great vacation home for the three of us.
Very quiet neighborhood despite being close to many restaurants and other places.
I loved that there was a brochure/mag about the are. I was not in the mood to google. I found a lovely vegan bakery walking distance. I was able to do a nice walk there for some treats before checking out.
Shared the rental with an old college friend while we were both in town for a wedding. The space was about the right size for two people, not too far off Canyon road, tucked away on a quiet street. The amenities were everything we needed them to be. With the streets still icy from a recent winter storm, we mostly stayed in. Everything worked, never needed to contact the host.
We had a great stay at the downtown Beaverton hideaway! The property was easy to find and get into. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The only downfall was we were too hot without AC units in the bedrooms. The one unit in the living room and fans weren't enough to keep us cool during the hot summer weather. We loved the location and really appreciated the hosts letting us have a later check out time so our son could take a nap before we hit the road home.
Tucked in a neighborhood with no traffic, it was nice and quiet. It was only two of us but the 900 sq-ft was well laid out and spacious. You could easily have kids or another couple comfortably. Just don't plan on multiple people in the kitchen. The bed in the back bedroom did squeak with any significant movement so be aware. Overall recommend. I'd stay there again.

Quiet cute apartment
My husband and 2 boys really enjoyed staying here. With 2 bedrooms there was plenty of room! The property is on a very quiet street with driveway parking, close to restaurants and a Fred Meyer is just down the street. The owners were helpful with information about the lock code, (although we ended up not having any issue with it at all). It was also very clean and cozy. My only advice would be to provide dish towels (there isn't a dishwasher) and a little bit more instructions on what to do before checking out. All in all we had a very good stay!
The apartments are small and basic but centrally located for a visit to Beaverton. We were most impressed with the immediate availability and helpfulness of the property manager. She was readily available when we had difficulty with the door lock, twice. And she was also quite available on a Sunday morning to help troubleshoot a situation where we couldn't get the heat to turn off on a 90-100 degree day. Situation resolved quickly. Thank you!!
I thought I booked this for two nights and received a rude call telling me that I had to get my stuff out and when my father showed up they had put his stuff in a shed. Even if there was a mistake made, that is not the proper way to handle a situation.

This is the first time anyone has had this problem! The VRBO app. is very intuitive. We had a new guest checking in on the same day. We called and texted Kailey for hours. We couldn't just leave your fathers belongings outside. We feel our many reviews tell you the level of quality of our accommodations.
I would like to add that you aren't supposed to book a place for someone else to stay without notifying the owner.
Amazing location between our folks house and downtown Portland. The apartment is small but has everything needed and at a great price with a great host. Highly recommend
The location was perfect walking distance to the farmers market and coffee shops. The property manager was amazing and answered any questions we had very prompt and helpful.
The residence was comfortable and close to everything that we needed to see and do. Everything was provided and I appreciated the little extras in case we forgot a toiletry or hygiene item. Very considerate!
My husband Luke and I own this property. We have 3 children, so we also have some help from a woman named Megan.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property for HomeAway because it is a great place to get to downtown from. There are all sorts of things within walking distance to (ie: restaurants, shops, bars, public transportation)
Downtown Beaverton has a lot going on right now with new places popping up all the time. Our place is on a quiet street close to all this, but far enough away to give you some quiet from the hustle and bustle.
