Beach front condo, great baloncy to view sunrise & sunset!

Studio with 2 Queen beds / 2nd floor / no pets / Parking passes for 2 vehicles/ minimum age 25 to reserve

We have wonderful views of the ocean and our unit is recently remodeled, without the rate increase! Our efficiency is equipped with 2 queen beds, full kitchen and again, fantastic views of the ocean on a private balcony. Island Retreat has 2 onsite pools and BBQ pits. Wake up to the sounds of the waves or take a relaxing walk down our board walks that lead to the beach, marking your own personal foot prints on the sand. Enjoy the outdoor grilling by our cabanas located around the pool areas and surrounding grounds. April also has Sandfest weekend where beautiful sculptures that are created by professionals are shown and the guests come to celebrate the weekend. We welcome your stay, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

*Some condo owners are doing some remodeling. You may hear and see some construction workers during the day.*

Check in was super easy, room was clean, and the view was unbeatable!! Very easy walk to the beach!! Only thing I could find missing would have been a pitcher to make a bigger quantity of drinks and I never found a pizza cutter but lots of knives so I made it work! Overall it was a GREAT experience and I will be back again!

This home is as described. As you walk in the front door you enter the Galley kitchen. This host has everything you need to cook meals. There is a coffee pot & a toaster as well. There are towels, hair dryer, and all you need to shower like shampoos & body wash! Very nice details that we appreciated. There are to very nice large queen beds that are very comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and watch the sun sets. You walk out of this unit to the left and the boardwalk goes directly onto the beach!! This was one of the main reasons we chose this home. We had no problems while here and will definitely be back! Thank you.

It was also only about a 3 minute walk to the beach and that was fantastic. We live in Austin, Texas and found ourselves escaping to Port Aransas every chance we got. Since we enjoy it so much, it made sense to purchase our own piece of Paradise! Once we saw this unit, the view sold us and the pictures don't really do it justice. We are so pleased to be able to share our paradise with you and know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We looked all over the island to find a condo that fit our needs. The view, private balcony and immaculate grounds primarily attracted us to this unit/complex. While looking at other complex surroundings, it was clear the cleanliness and proximity to the beach is by far superior at Island Retreat, in comparison to other complexes on the Island. We purchased unit 132, a few years ago. Our guests have enjoyed it so much and we find it hard to make time for our time, so we decided to purchase another unit. You will not be disappointed. This unit is spectacular and we know you will love it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Golfing, deep sea fishing, nearby museums, an aquarium, on site amenities, shopping, a bunch of restaurants featuring everything from hamburgers, and pizza to fine dining are available. In our Condo, you be close to all that and much more.
