Welcome to Regal Beach Club 112, this beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment is modern and inviting, the perfect elevated island getaway. The master bedroom is decorated in a contemporary style with a blue and grey palette. It also has a spacious king bed, a flat screen TV and a stunning view of the pool. In the guest bedroom, you’re greeted by coastal décor and two twin beds perfect for the kids or can be put together to create a King bed.

In the main living space, you’re greeted by an open and airy kitchen, perfect for cooking and making drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the sophisticated living and dining area creates a great space for entertainment and comfort as you overlook the gorgeous waters whilst watching your favorite channels on the flat screen tv. Or you can watch the blue Caribbean Sea from your private, screened porch and enjoy the tropical sunsets. Also, there is a pullout sofa for extra guests.

For amenities at the Regal Beach Club a washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and daily maid service (except on Sundays and public holidays) is included to make your vacation stay more convenient. Continuing to Regal Beach itself, there is the infamous seven-mile beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling as well as the beautiful pools with loungers and grills, perfect for BBQs, and the serene, manicured garden. Also, there is a small gym and tennis / pickle ball court for fitness on site. Finally, there are also recycling bins for our environmentally conscience guests.

Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort (please contact a Cayman Villas Agent for this).

This unit is wheelchair accessible. Please note all Cayman Villas properties are non-smoking so there is no smoking in the unit or on the patio. Furthermore, no pets or loud music is allowed. Please also note that the beach changes over time, especially during the rainy season.

We could not have been happier with our stay!! The condo was clean and decorated nicely! It was fully loaded with everything you may need to cook. The pool and the ocean were just steps away from our door. All the staff was super friendly and the host was very accommodating!! It was in walking distance to many restaurants. I would definitely choose this same place again!!!

The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ended up using the peninsula a lot for puzzles, which was a fun bonus. The living room was comfortable, and everything opened right out to the patio.The patio was one of our favorite spots. Perfect for morning coffee and sitting with a book. It was quiet and just a great way to start the day.The location of the unit was ideal. We loved our stay at regal. The unit was lovely and clean and right off the pool and directly off the beach. It was also wonderful having a full kitchen as cooking is always a great option for meals on island. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing trip and stay at the Regal Beach Club in Grand Cayman Island! The property was very comfortable and clean. The unit is just steps from the pool and beach/ocean. We were able to walk to great restaurants and easily get to places of interests. Smooth check-in and check-out process. I would highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

We had issues with American Airlines getting us to the Caymans, lost a couple days, had to stay in Miami twice. However once there this is a great place, great view, great location. We all truly enjoyed the time we were at this property and the Cayman Islands

Perfect Family Beach Stay!

We stayed here with our three small kids (6, 3.5 and 3 months). This condo was perfect for us, ground level and steps from the pool and beach. The beach is eroded, sadly, but actually was perfect for our kids to play. The condo is beautiful, well stocked and very clean! The Cayman Villas team is so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay in this condo again, and would recommend to family and friends.

The property is amazing! It was spotless! The staff was super sweet and thoughtful they left handwritten notes. They were very responsive to any email or question that we had. The property itself is literally near everything. It is fully stocked with every essential item you may need during your stay… they even had a cooler for beach days.

Perfect Location!

The pictures online do not do it justice. This condo is very spacious, clean, and right next to the Marriott. It was very convenient because my teenage daughters would just walk right over to Marriott to get breakfast, lunch, or ice cream. The food at the hotel was superb. Also, the condo was walking steps to the ocean. It exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely responsive and aimed to please. I definitely plan on returning to this property. My daughters also fully enjoyed their stay. They are 14 & 15.
