Our stay here was great! We loved the large beds, the entertainment room in the basement, and the fenced in yard for our dog. It was a great winter vacation.

A great, central location to enjoy all of the fishing in the area. The best part was the screened in porch to enjoy the view.

My husband and I had an amazing, relaxing Anniversary weekend. The home had everything we needed. It’s so cozy and the upstairs bed was so comfortable. If you have dogs then bring them! Our dogs loved the property so much we hardly left! We enjoyed exploring all around Fairplay too!

Two words to describe this cabin, Peace and Quiet. Easy to locate and get in and out. We were here on a fishing trip (super close access). It was clean, comfortable, and we all had plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect Getaway

This was an amazing find! Close to Breckenridge for skiing, shopping in Fairplay, and easy access to local trails. The house is clean and well-kept. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the woods. Thanks for having us!

Killer property! Private yet close to skiing and town!

This property is super cool and private. The space is awesome to spread out on multiple levels. The decks were incredible and we loved the privacy and views over the open space behind the home. This home felt like you were in the middle of a forest yet we were only five minutes to town for coffee and restaurants, and 30 minutes to Breck to ski! We skied one day and went to Buena Vista the other day which was awesome. We are hoping to stay here again this summer. Tj is an awesome host and communicated well. Great experience, highly recommend!

Best Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this property! Our family stayed here for two nights and had some out of state relatives join us from out of town. The cabin was easy to find and get to, even in the winter months (it had snowed quite a bit!). The outdoor fenced-in dog area was perfect for our two dogs to get some exercise without having to worry about them wandering too far. The kitchen and dining was clean and comfortably allowed us to cook a few big meals. The views off the back patio are unbelievable. This was probably our favorite feature. Easy drive (about 10 min) to downtown Fairplay for shopping and dining. We will be back again next year!
