3 Bed 3 1/2 Bath with garage, hot tub and unbeatable downtown location

We invite you to stay in our recently remodeled and upgraded gorgeous townhome in the heart of Winter Park! Park your car in the heated garage and walk to all the activities and amenities that downtown has to offer. The free ski bus stops less than 30ft from the front door and, in the off season, either walk 50ft to hideaway park or enjoy the free music from the hot tub!
Two bedrooms have king and queen beds while the third has a bunk with a twin on top, full below and twin trundle underneath. Our townhome is perfect for two families who want to share or three couples wanting to have some fun in the mountains. Pack and play and high chair also available.
On the main floor is a well equipped kitchen with granite tops, gas range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is an expandable dining table that (with the extra leaf we have) can fit 8 comfortably as well as sofa, recliner and flat screen TV (in fact there is a TV in each bedroom too) to relax after a hard day having fun. On the front and back of the main floor are also decks with nice views. Washer and dryer are on the top floor.

We are Chris and Sue, the lucky owners of 100 Sawyer Circle and live in Boulder with our two children Madeleine and Ellie. Originally from the UK (Yorkshire), we moved to Colorado in 2004 for 5 years and fell in love with the lifestyle and beauty of the state. Year round we love to get to the mountains and enjoy snowboarding, hiking and biking.

Why they chose this property

After years of snowboarding in Breckenridge, we discovered Winter Park and were hooked on the authenticity, great mountains and year round activities. We looked at properties in WP, Fraser, Tabernash and Granby but in the end decided that the location of Sawyer Circle just couldn't be beat. In the off season it has been great to walk out of the front door with the kids to the playground, into town for food and drinks or onto a hiking trail. The garage and free ski bus stop being outside the front door was the clincher so we could just dump the car on Friday night and play all weekend!

What makes this property unique

Although we only bought the townhome in the early Summer of 2015 we have put a huge amount of effort and time upgrading it. The place is now immaculate with great decor and furniture and with all of the comforts of home. We wanted somewhere where we could invite our friends up with their kids and not feel cramped and we definitely got it with this townhome. Lastly, the hot tub is fantastic. Sitting
in there in the Summer with a cold beer watching and listening to the great free concerts was heaven.
