LOCATION: Oceanfront Kona Coast/Kailua-Kona, Big Island of Hawaii, USA. 25 minutes south of the Kona International Airport, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and well known Snorkeling Beach, the Kahalu'u Beach Park just 2 blocks North.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Condominium, BLDG 5-204 two Bedrooms, two baths, second floor corner unit. This is a VERY PRIVATE unit. No building next door or parking lot outside. NON-SMOKING, NO Pets allowed. Flat screen TV and unlimited high speed wireless CABLE INTERNET MODEM with a wireless printer for your laptop to give you more time after surfing the web to enjoy KONA. Additional TV in second bedroom.

ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT, GATED: Come and enjoy Paradise in our second home. Beautiful second-floor, corner unit overlooking the ocean and the world class Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course's signature hole. From the lanai you have wonderful unobstructed views of the Kona Coast where you can enjoy watching whales in the winter and dolphin year round.

The Oceanfront Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club is located in a garden setting on 17 acres with three lighted tennis courts and a swimming pool. There are gas and charcoal grills and an outdoor picnic area.

Our Condo is our second home. The master bedroom has a KING-size bed overlooking the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with TV overlooking the golf course. A spacious dining room is adjacent to the living room. There is a large wrap-around lanai for outside dining and leisure activities where you will experience the best coastal views and sunsets.

Lovely condo in great location, panoramic ocean views. Only downside is that there is no AC & it did get quite warm a couple days without breezes. Fans in the unit are definitely helpful & not so bad when there is a nice breeze coming through. Morgan was prompt & helpful in answering questions & accommodating to needs.

Amazing waterfront retreat

We spent most of our time on this amazing porch - the sights were the best we saw on our entire vacation! The place was recently renovated and it was done thoughtfully and looks great.

We had such a wonderful stay here, we were so sad to leave! The place is perfectly accurate in the description and truly a HUGE value for the cost. I’ve never stayed so close to the beach. We would definitely love to stay here again if we come back to Kona!

Super Relaxing!

My daughters and I were so happy we chose to stay here - the location was centralized and just far enough away from downtown Kona to be peaceful but convenient. The waves crashing and the super comfortable beds made for wonderful nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Fantastic family stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. It is extremely spacious and well equipped and its position in the end building gave it that extra bit of privacy. The wrap-around lanai is the perfect place to sit and enjoy just watching and listening to the ocean, absolutely gorgeous! The location is fantastic, within easy reach of Kona and amenities like a supermarket right nearby. The check-in process was very easy and information provided by the host was clear and detailed. All the basics and more were provided and there is plenty of beach equipment that you can borrow! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was one of the best locations we've had on the Big Island. Going to sleep each night to the sound of the surf was amazing. The condo was well taken care of and very clean. The sunsets each night were breathtaking. Plenty of great beach supplies available to use as well. I highly recommend this location.

A Little Place in Paradise

A beautiful piece of paradise

We loved staying here! 180 degrees of ocean views from the Lanai make for amazing sunsets and falling asleep to the ocean waves. We visited on a particular hot and humid week so the lack of air conditioning was tough for my elderly mother but fine for us. We would absolutely come back again :)
