Hi Diane. I’m sorry you had a negative stay. The points you speak of in your review are surprising given they are not feedback we have received before in our 15 yrs of renting this space or our experience of living in this house for 10 years beforehand. It is written in two separate spots in the property description of our listing that we have a long-term tenant, a woman living in the downstairs apartment of the house. Also as clearly stated in the listing description, our house is a 1 1/2-2 blocks away from about 10 different restaurants, a co-op, coffee shops, etc. and the location and walk ability of our property is often a highlight for most guests. I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience. I’m also confused about the unsafe neighbor comment. Our three closest neighbors have been our neighbors for over 25 years. Two are single, elderly folks who are very friendly, and our other neighbor is a preschool teacher, single mother living with her teenage child. I’m sad your experience wasn’t what you were hoping for.
