Situated in Papamoa's new Terrace Views, approximately 5mins away from sunny Papamoa Beach. Sun, sand and beach is just down the road.

A new home with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Sit out on the front patio enjoying all day sun. Turn on the water feature and listen to nature at its best. 3 sliding doors in the open planned living area makes for a nice indoor/outdoor flow.
Get back from the beach and challenge your friends to a game of Table tennis.
With Mount Maunganui only a 15 minutes away, take a drive to one of New Zealand's most beautiful spots.
It is a great family home with open plan living and 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite. The 2nd room has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. Perfect for 4-5 people.
A heat pump for when the sun goes down in those winter days to keep you warm and toastie. Home has unlimited WIFI and Netflix are both easy to access.
Your stay will be warm and relaxing.
