Casa Bonita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautifully and tastefully furnished villa with Sierra de la Giganta views located one block from the beach at the Loreto Bay community and just steps away from the 18-holes - Loreto Bay Golf Course. Looking for a place to relax? This is your place. You will love the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Come relax in your own resort residence and enjoy our peaceful neighborhood as well as the romance and ambiance of this incredible location.

Kitchen: Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Cookware, Dishware.

Entertainment & Internet: Flat Screen TV (streaming), DVD, Wi-Fi.

View / Location: Views to Sierra de la Giganta Mountains and the Loreto Bay Golf Course. On walking distance to the Nopolo Beach and to all the Loreto Bay development amenities. (Restaurants, Bars, Community Pools; etc.).

Good, 6 week stay

Casa Bonita was a good choice for our stay of 6 weeks. The home is well equipped, beds were comfortable and furniture was also good. Outdoor furniture was great and the BBQ worked well. Our host, Paco, was very attentive when we did have questions and he was very prompt in his replies. We seldom contacted him however because things went smoothly. I would recommend that the dishwasher be replaced as it was in extremely poor working condition and we ended up washing by hand. Not a big deal for us but a large family may think otherwise. Other appliances worked well. Outdoor courtyard has a lime tree which we didn't notice until halfway through our stay. Heads up that they started building a new home in the lot adjacent to this home and it's noisy through the day - head to the beach or golf course! All in all a great rental and we would go back.

Nice but loud

We stayed for a week and the property overall was nice. The listing didn't reveal that there was active construction right next door 6 days a weeks so that was pretty disappointing to hear hammering and banging from 8-5pm during our vacation. The views are changing too and the view of the golf course and mountains will be mostly blocked once that adjacent house is complete. The property doesn't come with dish soap or paper towels too according to the property manager, so be prepared, and bath towels were hard to find. However it does come with a stand up paddleboard and beach toys, which is a bonus. Many of the blinds were non-functioning so if you want to pull them up for a view, come with your own string. The property manager was slow to respond, and not that helpful.Don't get me wrong, once construction is complete it is a nice place. They should update the listing as such and disclose noise impacts in the meantime. Also the listing says it's a 1 bathroom and it's actually 2.
