The house is situated in a peaceful and well maintained urbanisation.
Fans provide cooling and make a unecological and inaccurate air conditioning unnecessary.

The balcony on the 1st floor is accessed directly through the bedroom with double bed. A wonderful panoramic view of the mountainous surroundings and in the large communal garden with palm trees and flowering shrubs and let the sunset and relax all your holiday dreams come true! If desired, all bedrooms can be closed with opaque window shutters and grilles!
I myself am an animal lover, but unfortunately pets are not allowed.

AVOID.....DIRTY, SMELLY AND NOT AS DESCRIBED

This property is disgusting and is now the subject of investigation and possible legal action in Valencia. We could not stay here with our child and although the owner apologised for the condition we found it in, he has refused to refund us unless we leave a positive review... unfortunately for him we won't accept bribery or participate in writing any fraudulent reviews, so we are now pursuing action legally. Do yourselves a favour and stay elsewhere.

Disappointing

The location of the accommodation is nice and at walking distance of the beach. The interior is very outdated. Everything is there but quite old and some items were not working properly. We felt like living in somebody else’s house as it was messy. It does not feel like a vacation home. The fans are working but old and needs to be renewed. WiFi is not working at all so we ended buying a datacard ourselves. After some correspondence with the owner he proposed to reimburse the cost but only after a five star rating which feels like blackmail. So at the end we are very disappointed

Leuk huisje op prachtige lokatie. Inboedel is wel verouderd en achterstallig onderhoud. Kontakt met eigenaar alleen via chat en minimaal, ik had meer gastvrijheid verwacht.

Tolles Haus in einer top gepflegten, gesicherten und absolut ruhigen Anlage. Zum Strand 200 Meter, am Strand nach Denia 2 km. Restaurants in der Nähe. Es hat uns alles sehr gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im spanischen Stil in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Schöne und gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sauber, ordentliche Matratzen auf denen wir super geschlafen haben. Zum Strand sind es nur drei Gehminuten, in die Stadt ca. 20 Gehminuten. Wir waren in der Nachsaison und in der Anlage war es sehr ruhig und sicher. Wir würden hier definitiv wieder buchen.

Muy tranquilo, acogedor, limpio y cerca del pueblo. Aunque la playa justo enfrente olía bastante mal, se puede ir andando a otras que son estupendas. A la vuelta de la esquina hay un pequeño supermercado muy útil para el día. Sebastián encantador. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la tele y buscó la forma de arreglarlo lo entes posible. ¡Volveremos!

Traumhaft!

Wir kamen bei 18 Grad und Sonne an in Valencia und waren in einer Stunde am Haus! Eine traumhafte Anlage, sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, wenig Bewohner. Alles war wie versprochen und abgebildet, Renovierungen waren frisch und komplett, so dass wir nur noch die weiterhin sehr angenehmen Temperatutren geniessen brauchten. Die Lokale in der Umgebung hatten teilweise geöffnet, das Essen war frisch und lecker! Das Haus ist uns ans Herz gewachsen, es hatte eine neue sehr gut heizende Klimaanlage für die Abende und eine Küche mit allen Utensilien. Die Betten waren gut und die Zimmer sauber. Wir kommen wieder. Auch das wlan der Anlage war ausreichend zum Streamen, um diese Jahreszeit ist das natürlich problemlos!

2 zonnige weken in Denia

Dit huisje staat in een urbanisation. Het zijn rijtjeswoningen met centraal een zwembad. Dat zwembad is erg fijn in de warme zomermaanden. Het huisje zelf is op de Spaanse wijze ingericht, maar er is echt alles om een zorgeloze vakantie te hebben. Wat is er: 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, magnetron, oven, waterkoker, koffieapparaat, vaatwasser, tv en een wasmachine. Verder zijn er 2 klapfietsjes waarmee je naar het centrum kunt rijden of naar de supermarkt in de buurt. Er zit een Spar supermarkt in de buurt en het strand is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Dit huisje zit niet bij het centrum, maar met behulp van Google vind je goede restaurants in de buurt. Dit huis is een aanrader. Ook was er tijdens ons verblijf ook een goed contact met de verhuurder die snel reageert op je vragen en ook geinteresseerd is hoe het gaat. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Denia kies ik weer voor dit huis. Bedankt Sebastian!

Schön aber ...

Die Unterkunft war schön, das Haus ist im spanischen Stil, allerdings könnte man die ein oder anderen Stelle im Haus erneuern (Risse in den Wänden; Boden; Markise). Einiges ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unter anderem waren die nicht gut angebrachten bis nicht vorhandene Moskitonetze ein negativer Aspekt, da wir hier aufgrund der Moskitoplage nicht problemlos lüften konnten. Eine Klimaanlage wäre hier sehr angebracht gewesen, jedoch waren Ventilatoren verfügbar. Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht. Die Reinigung könnte noch etwas genauer durchgeführt werden. Leider hatten wir das "Glück", dass in der direkten Nachbarschaft Sanierungs-arbeiten stattfanden, was unseren Urlaub leider beeinträchtigt hat. Aufgrund dessen haben wir uns mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung gesetzt, welcher sehr nett und kommunikativ war und sich der Sache angenommen hat. Im Haus befanden sich auch Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Spiele, Bücher etc. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Außenanlage war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Ohne Baustelle, wäre es eine ruhige Wohngegend. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen gewesen, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Restaurants. Positiv können wir vor allem die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters hervorheben.

Casa para vacaciones

Podría darle un cinco estrellas, la casa está muy bien, con todo lo necesario. Hemos pasado algunas noches entre 27 y 28 grados, imposible conciliar el sueño solo con ventiladores. Necesario aire acondicionado, la casa necesita alguna que otra reforma, pintura, puertas, wifi no funciona y la limpieza allá que esmeralse un poco más. Por lo demás perfecto, ubicación, cerca de la playa Los Calamares, piscina comunitaria, tranquilidad. La comunicación con la propiedad buena. La distancia hasta el centro de Dénia hay que utilizar la bici o coche

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön für Familien, der Pool und der Strand 5 min zu Fuss machen das Auto eigentlich unnötig (Supermarkt auch nur 5 min entfernt). Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Einziges kleineres Problem: Das Wlan ist sehr langsam und für Videokonferenzen leider nicht zu gebrauchen.

Anwesen war ok, liegt in einer Fewo Anlage , leider zu unserem Zeitpunkt wenig bis gar nicht ausgelastet . Aufgrund der abendlichen kalten Temperaturen wäre ein Heizofen nicht schlecht, da insgesamt sehr kalte Wohnung .

Perfecto para vacaciones en familia

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas. La casa limpia y muy bien equipada con todo el menaje que puedas necesitar. Los niños han disfrutado muchisimo de las zonas comunes:piscina grande y pequeña y jardín para correr. La localización muy buena. Se puede ir andando a la playa aún con niños pequeños. Tiene también cerca un supermercado y algún restaurante.

I dislike inaccuracies

The manager was pleasant but could not understand our English or attempts at Spanish. We did not speak German. The cottage did not have air conditioning only fans. The TV did not work. Bed linen and towels were old and worn out. Window and mosquito netting needed repair. The remote control for the vehicle entrance gate did not work. There was no kettle - we bought one and left it there. In the main bedroom there were no bulbs in the ceiling light fitting. The wifi was sporadic and often not available. The complex was lovely and the cottage has great potential if some money was spent to update it. Did HomeAway inspect this property before featuring it? It was over priced for what was offered. Frank

Maison dans une belle résidence avec piscine et la mer à 5 minutes

La maison est conforme à la description, grande et bien équipée La résidence est agréable et bien entretenue avec une belle piscine et à quelques pas de la plage, plus quelques commerces à proximité L’endroit est calme pour des vacances reposantes. Un peu loin du centre ville à pied, ce qui nécessite d’avoir un véhicule pour profiter des soirées animées. Un seul bémol, le ménage à notre arrivée laissait un peu à désirer. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et répond rapidement. Avis très positif sur cette maison

Bonita casa adosada en una urbanización muy agradable y tranquila. La casa es cómoda y, aunque en general está bien, necesitaría algunas mejoras, como la TV que tiene conexión satelite, pero no se ven los canales españoles.Hemos pasado una vacaciones agradables, muy cerca de la playa y del pueblo. El propietario debería cuidar algunos detales. Tener en cuanta las pesonas que se ospedan, que no confunda el alquier de la casa en su conjunto por el numero de personas que hacen noche

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, das der Beschreibung entspricht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Vor allem die wunderschöne Anlage mit dem Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Ausserdem ist der Strand nicht weit entfernt. Auch dieser ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet und in der nahe gelegenen Strandbar kann man wunderbar die Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Direkt bei der Anlage gibt es einen Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants. Aber auch Denia ist einen Besuch wert. Man kann es, wenn man kein Auto hat, sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichen oder sogar zu Fuss gehen. Auch das bergige Hinterland und die weitere Umgebung lohnt sich zu erkunden. Dafür benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht!

Lovely cottage in a quiet residence just minutes from beach

The house was like a home-away-from-home. Everything we needed was there. The urba was well maintained with beautiful palm trees and gardens. The swimming pool was wonderful and a sandy beach was less than a five minutes walk down a sweet little pathway. There was a supermarket and restaurants very close by. We were a small family - just a mother and her two daughters - and the area felt very safe and peaceful. The cottage was spacious and there was room for everyone. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Mehr braucht man nicht.

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit ausreichend dimensioniertem Pool. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Optimal ist die Lage zum Strand und zu Supermarkt und guten Restaurants. Angenehmer, sehr aufmerksamer und immer kontaktierbarer Vermieter, der persönliche Empfehlungen gibt.

Море, сонце, хочу назад!!!)))

Вражень просто море! Спасибі величезне господареві вілли і його іспанській помічниці! Ми провели на віллі 10 днів ,як ніби у себе вдома, де є все ,що тільки може знадобитися дітям і дорослим. Вілла має все, все, все !!!!!Вся побутова техніка, посуд, постіль, косметичні та миючі засоби, запаси їжі, ігри, пляжні парасольки і багато іншого, всього і не перерахувати) Але найголовніше-це тепле, чисте, з піщаним берегом море відразу біля вілли! Також поруч супермаркет, кафе, ресторани.Отже все було супер !!!! Навмисно пишу українською мовою, щоб мої співвітчизники теж відкрили для себе Іспанію, і за нашою порадою вибрали б цю віллу! Щиро дякуємо господареві за спілкування і відпочинок! Сім'я Богатових із Києва

A really magnificent holiday!

Even in September in Denia is still possible to bathe and sunbathe all day. In this area very good, the house is big and spacious and provides you with everything you need. Ulrike was great, she helped us with some questions and provided us with insider knowledge about restaurants and shops. Really awesome and very charming, great place to be!

A magical gem.

I have seen my many urbanisations and some villas.
Nothing had the many benefits and beauties of EL Poblet 3!
The sea right next door! The original pubs, restaurants and supermarkets! The beach bar for a snack or cafe. The flat Starnd for children. The quiet and neat appearance of the garden. The terraces and balconies of the house.
The magic is still a smile from the 1st day!

What makes this property unique

The city center can be reached at 2 km on the beach along or in the summer with the free bus. Bus stop is only 200m away from the house, as well as the local star Quique Dacosta (one of the 50 best in Europe)!
