We loved this unit! We have stayed in Shorewood units for a few years and this was our first time in 312. The view was great from the 3rd floor and it was nice to be by the pool as well. The unit was clean and tidy. Our coffee maker was not working correctly and within an hour they dropped off a new one. Super accommodating!

Family beach vacation

Great place for a family vacation

Shorewood 312 was very clean and Nicky decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the views are beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation.

Awesome condo, great location. First time visitors to Hilton Head and we will be back. Just a heads up for packing and budgeting purposes, there are no beach supplies included—no coolers, chairs, towels, toys or even plastic cups for the pool. This was a first for me at a condo on the beach.You can rent chairs a few properties over for 65 a day or buy a lawn chair, 75 each, at the grocery store.

Beautiful vacation villa!

Location was excellent! Directly on the beach, great surf fishing! Pool was wonderful for adults and toddlers. Walk to Coligney for shopping and ice cream. Villa has everything our family needed. Seashore Vacations was wonderful!

Great vacation spot

The property is amazing. I don't think the description mentions that it's an end unit and overlooks the pool as well as the ocean.It's clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. I will definitely try to book this unit again!

Spring Break retreat

I was so impressed by this property! The location and the view were perfect! The condo had more than enough space for us and was stocked with everything we needed. I made my coffee every morning and sat outside to take in the breeze and sunrise. We had the best experience and vacation. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The property was actually as advertised and equipped with everything we needed. There was only two of us, but our friends preferred coming to hang out in our property during rainy afternoons because it was spacious! We would definitely stay here again. It was nice that staying there came with a voucher for beach equipment, but it wasn’t delivered until 2 days into our trip. We are so glad we chose this property! Close to the elevator, but not directly next to it. View of the pool from one side and view of the ocean on the other!

wonderful stay

As usual, there was a glitch, totally beyond the control of the owner (elevator out). Buddy offered help with luggage and a rebate, which was very fair. The property/view/location are all ideal as far as we are concerned. We hope to return. 5 star even without an elevator.

Real nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Great comfortable beds!! I always expect below average well worn beds that don't give a good nights sleep in rentals, but the master bedroom had a really good king mattress. Great night sleeps! Great location to pool and beach. Views of the beach and sunrise (minimal trees in the way and better to view from beach). Would likely return for future beach fun. Thank you

Great location for family getaway

The condo is very clean with relatively new furnishings. The morning sun comes in the windows, over the view of the pool. This location is walking to good food and shopping at Coligney Plaza and a short drive from anywhere else you would want to go on the island. We are so glad we rented bikes which we rode on the beach and trails. We rode all along the beach to the Salty Dog Cafe and watched the dolphins feeding in the water near there. A highlight of the trip! Even on the one rainy day we were there, the views off the balcony kept us entertained. We would come back to this unit again.
