We had an amazing time. The place had everything that you would need. Beautiful well equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great views and an easy walk to downtown. The golf course was 3 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a deligthful place to stay. Very clean, up to date, and very well equipped. There was a little traffic noise sitting on the front porch because it overlooks the main highway going into Montreat, so we just moved to the back, screened in porch! Great location. We walked into Black Mountain for everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful space and super clean for our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved the convenience of being able to use the garage! The proximity to everything in town was great as well. We also loved the view of the mountains from the porch!

We had an amazing time! The house met our expectations and was as described. The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Nice well equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great views, garage, and fireplace. The place had everything that you would need. Communication with the host was spot on. Nearby attractions we visited on our stay was Biltmore in Asheville, SkyTop Orchard in Hendersonville to pick apples. I am sure we will be back.

Our stay at the Johnson Carriage House was delightful! The place was immaculately clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, and exceptionally comfortable. We didn't have a need to reach out to the hosts after checking in because their communication prior to our check in was detailed and complete, as were the details left inside the Carriage House. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. My only complaint is that our stay was too short! We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

This was one of the cleanest VRBO‘s we’ve ever stayed at. We like to walk places, and it’s an easy walk to downtown, only .6 miles away from shops and restaurants. The master bed is extremely comfortable. Would definitely return.

The house was lovely, really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and check in was great, we arrived a little early and Kerri, housekeeper let us bring our luggage up and even helped us bring it in, which was over and above what was expected. We had one small problem with the TV remotes which Liz and Adam sorted within the hour. Black Mountain itself is a lovely townWith more than it’s fair share of great places to eat and drink and within an easy walk from the cottage. Would highly recommend the Johnson Carriage House.
