Very cool space downtown. Walkable to anything you would want. We had it for a football game weekend. The space really only sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The high ceilings look great but hard to cool. The upstairs was hot and made sleeping tough. We also had a water leak upstairs after a rain. Would be really bad during summer months, I would think. I know gamedays are expensive, but when paying that much, my expectations are high.

We stayed during UT graduation. Great location, central to everything, and we thought easily walkable as well. You are right in the thick of it, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine. The apartment was well appointed and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy. Parking is close by and free on weekends. Plenty of space for large/multiple families. And the rooftop deck was the icing on all of the cake. Great for pics and for creating “space” with/between family members. We were very happy!!!

Perfect Downtown Getaway

We can’t wait to stay here again! The big, beautiful windows overlooking Gay St were so fun to sit by and watch the busy streets. The decor, open floor plan, and comfy beds made us want to stay forever! Definitely booking again!

Great loft close to everything downtown Knox

Loved the character of this loft, the roominess and especially the rooftop patio. Weather was nice and we spent a lot of time up there.

Fun location !

We had so much fun at Tailor Lofts ! perfect place to unwind during Spring Break ! Walking distance to everything, including Market Square ! Our teenagers loved it as they got a bonus visit in at UTK.

Amazing Place

We were in town for a wedding and had the opportunity to stay here, can’t say enough great things about this place! Very cool 2 story apartment with a private rooftop. We will definitely stay here again!

Great loft apt in downtown Knox!

Beautiful living area and master suite. Great location, can be a little lively on Saturday evenings, but overall well worth it!
